With my decision to cut out a lot of sugar from my diet, I researched out snacks and deserts that were tasty with sugar substitutes other than erythritol. I am delighted to find this company that offers a wide variety sweet products I will keep reordering. Among the best are the Animal Crackers, Speculoos cookies, Jolies (especially the orange chocolate), Cranberry Orange Breakfast Biscuits, and the Peanut Stackers. Service has been excellent, they offer occasional sales on items, and I will continue to make them part of my sweet life!

Absolutely blown away by all products I have tried so far. I have researched well all sweeteners and monk fruit and allulose are not only not harmful, but actively beneficial. In the UK it is notoriously hard to find anything without erythrytol and the healthiest option is stevia which we all know the aftertaste of. There are some monk fruit concoctions appearing on amazon but they are still very rare. And no products sweetened with monk fruit exist yet. I discovered ChocZero on iHerb which thankfully delivers here in the UK and I can't get enough of it! The hazelnut chocolate spread, the French vanilla and white chocolate syrups are absolutely divine. PLEASE please please bring your products in the UK to avoid international shipping times via iHerb. I am sure you will very quickly become super popular.

I have been ordering from Choc Zero for years now. Everything usually comes in great shape. They ship with ice packs and insulated bag. This time, even though it wasn’t on my doorstep long, 3 of the bark bars were melted and the ingredients separated. I got a text message (I’m signed up to receive those) about a sale code for my next order. I let them know about my disappointment and they made it right by refunding for the bars that were affected. Great experience! Very responsive which is not usual these days! Love it!!

This was my first time ordering from Choc Zero. I had high hopes. Gluten free and Sugar free? That's perfect for someone dealing with SIBO. I loved the Marshmallows. I will be making some rice krispy treats with those. But everything else had an after taste or tasted pretty bad. Maybe I'll get used to it? I don't know! I am very happy that I found gluten free and sugar free snacks. For that reason I might order again?

Recently had an issue with an order and contacted ChocZero. They responded with a refund email and an e-gift card. No email response with an apology or "thank you for letting us know, we'll look into it", absolutely nothing.
Remember back in 2021 when you would place an order, they would send a thank you email, talk about how busy it was getting as their business ramped up and they were expanding? Well, that level of care and customer service seems to be gone now.
My friend introduced me to their chocolate, I would send her occasional packages for b-days, holidays, or just because. I like their products but I am more about customer service. If it's not there, neither am I. I've been in CS for the better part of 30 years and it's important, more important than any product IMHO. I've always used the reference that I can go to the best restaurant in the world with food that is off the charts but if the CS is bad, I won't be going back.

I just received my order of bark bars and jollies cookies. They are heavenly delicious! I love the packaging and the nice tote with ice packs it came in too! I am a customer for life! Ty, ty

Had a problem ordering and was going to leave a bad review. However, I put my big boy pants on and waited patiently for support to get back to me via email. Choc Zero took care of my issue and I am happy to say I will be a return customer buying more guilt free chocolates in the future. Thank you Choc Zero!

These products are amazing! Until now I've never found low carb products that taste great, have great texture and zero side effects like so many of the other ones out there. I also want to say that the negative reviews of this company seem petty and unjustified, based on my personal experience.

The products are pretty good but the product has shrunk in size....Big time. I use to order 100 to 200 dollars a month. I can not afford to pay this for such a small amount of product. the Jollies blew me away. I had some old ones and we compared. It is crazy what they are doing. Choc zero let me know when you back to normal size and I will buy them again. Until then sorry I can't afford you. I will let my friends and family know also.

I've been buying choczero for years and always forget to write a review! They have tons of awesome products. My top favorites are the carmels, marshmallows, freeze dried marshmallows, fruit chews, and milk chocolate almond bark that I think they quit selling because I can no longer find it. Their syrups are awesome, basically any chocolate candy is awesome. The only thing I could do without is the candy bars and cookies.

Choczero states they will make any order right if you are not satisfied. They call it a “happiness guarantee” 🙄. Contacting them will only result in them insulting you and finding a reason not to honor their “guarantee”. If they lie about their stated guarantee, makes you wonder what else they are lying about…

I asked them to provide a certificate confirming that the chocolate contains no sugar (important for diabetics). Instead of sending proof, they replied that they had no such certificate and then canceled my order with the reason “fraud.” That is highly suspicious behavior and raises serious concerns about what they might actually be putting in their chocolate.

The 92% Dark Chocolate is rich, smooth, and surprisingly tasty for such a high cocoa content. But the packaging? Way over the top. It's individually wrapped in layers—plastic, foil, and a fancy outer box that feels more like a gift than a grocery item. For a product that feels like it should appeal to eco-conscious consumers, the waste is disappointing. Delicious, yes—but it leaves a bad taste when you see how much trash is left behind.

I absolutely love all of ChocZero's products, including their chocolate, candy, cookies, jams, and syrup! Everything is delicious and perfect for my low-carb lifestyle. Unfortunately, my recent order arrived melted due to slow shipping with USPS. It took too long to arrive, and the chocolate was affected. However, their customer service was fantastic—they quickly issued me a refund for the melted chocolate. While I hope they offer better shipping options to avoid this in the future, I’ll definitely continue buying from ChocZero because their products and service are top-notch!

I love pumpkin-spiced coffee in the Fall and was very excited to see ChocZero offer a monk-fruit-sweetened-only syrup in such a large bottle (25.4oz/750ml) at only $8.99. When I tried it, I expected a full pumpkin flavor, which it has, but I didn't expect as much spice. So this syrup has a lot of nutmeg! I learned to use it sparingly (about 3/4 capful per 12 oz mug), and the pumpkin and spice evened out better. Overall, I would remind anyone using it that it has a FULL spicy flavor. If you really like cinnamon, ginger, clove, and nutmeg, then you will love Pumpkin Spice Syrup! But I would repeat -- be aware of the strength of the nutmeg and clove and use sparingly. It has a smooth pumpkin flavor and a tangy spice flavor, but a little bit of this syrup goes a long way. So the concentrated spice just basically makes your bottle last longer! (I subtracted one star for the cups of coffee I threw away while learning to use a lot less of this syrup than other ChocZero syrups.)

This company has great products, and their customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have been ordering chocolate from them regularly for about a year and a half and have never had a bad experience. This is truly my favorite company to order from.

I really enjoy this company and their products. I purchase from them regularly. The shipping is fast and the customer service has been responsive. It is like a little treat for me to place an order there. I really appreciate that they sweeten with monk fruit and product quality seems to be important for them. I also like that they are trying to fill a major gap in the market where more keto products are needed and they are always coming up with some new product I didn't know I needed.
