We recently ordered a shed from Skinners in Hartley Witney. From ordering to installation all went really well, and it was a smooth and easy operation.
The two fitters carried out the work professionally and left the site clean and tidy.
We would have no worries in recommending Skinners sheds in the future.

The foundation for this shed was a high quality and the shed itself is of a high quality and well made will last for years.
The shed and was delivered on time and the installation was very quick and the work men were very tidy

We bought an excellent Pent shed from Skinners, very well built and well installed by their fitters. I've only put one coat of cuprinol at the moment, as you can see from the picture, will put the second coat on soon. Very pleased with this one. This is the second shed we bought from them, a few years back we bought a lovely potting shed which also doubles as a radio shack.

The customer service at Moss end garden centre was very good,Antonio nows his sheds . The installation , payment and after sales service were first class I would certainly consider Skinner sheds for any future garden projects

We ordered a Pent shed for our son's supported living facility as we have used Skinners before and was very satisfied. This was slightly more complicated as being delivered and erected at an alternative address. All went very smoothly from order to delivery and we would highly recommend them

Communication from ordering to delivery was really good. The 2 guys who installed the shed were brilliant- hardly knew they were there and it looks amazing. Especially impressed as they had to work in quite a tight space alongside a treasured tree. Highly recommend

My experience was mixed. To begin with the service was professional - the estimate was clearly set out, there was a detailed timetable for the work, which was completed according to schedule, the payment system was easy to use. The work the customer needed to do to prepare the old shed for demolition and clearing the base were likewise explained clearly. I'm not sure how someone less able to do this work would manage though. The demolition of the old shed was done efficiently, which at nearly £600, it should have been. The base was laid solidly. At this stage there was an unfortunate incident where one of the contractors annoyed a neighbour, and were the professionalism clearly slipped.

The construction of the new shed was again done efficiently. However, the build quality was not so good. It is solid, apart from an interior window frame that had not been fixed at all! But it has been largely nailed together, which is not as durable as using joints or screws. The wood is in places very poor quality, with rough edges that are very difficult to paint. One of the doors has not been fitted properly and catches the sill. I reported this to the local company but got no reply. When the contractors left they handed me a sealant gun and said I needed to seal all the windows after panting. This seems to me not finishing the job.

Overall the shed looks good and I am pleased with it but there are some things that are less than satisfactory.

I viewed the product I wanted at a Skinners showroom at my local garden centre,a neat 4ft x 4ft garden store.Ordered it on the Skinners website,they called to arrange delivery and assembly.Two pleasant and hard-working guys delivered and assembled it on the arranged day,I painted it and fitted it with tool hooks.Job done exactly as I ordered with no hassle.A good strong garden store delivered and professionally assembled.Kudos to Skinners for a quality service!

Good service from beginning to end. Very satisfied with shed itself and installation. Despite shed not arriving until 5.30pm, job completed efficiently and quickly by 2 proficient installers. All left clean and tidy later that evening.

Awesome service great price and superb job, 👏 explained the whole procedure from start to finish! The 2 guys that turned up to erect the shed were great!very professional done a fantastic job and friendly with it! Really happy with my summerhouse from Skinners sheds. The gentlemen who delivered and assembled it were polite, friendly, hard working and efficient. It went up quickly, and with ease.
I was impressed with the communication from them, and I'm so happy with the summerhouse. The quality is high end and it's built to last. One very happy customer. I would use them again and highly recommend them for their service and quality out buildings.

Ordered a pent shed with slightly different layout from the standard, easy ordering over the phone, fitters were brilliant, all done in an hour, shed is really sturdy & looks great, we're really pleased.

Skinner Sheds have installed a 6 X 8 shed in our back garden. We spoke to a staff member, Steve, and were able to reach a quick and informed decision on the particular shed to go for. They fixed a date for the survey of the land on which the shed was to be put up and for the installation. They did their job professionally and on appointed time. We are very pleased with their work. Recently ordered an 8 x 6 pent shed from Skinners. Everything was fine and the delivery guys / fitters were polite and efficient. I have since painted the shed as recommended.

We are delighted with the quality of our new summer house. It is well built and excellent value for money. There are several base options available to suit our needs including a timber structural base that cost half the price of a concrete slab.
The service was first rate from start to finish. Courtney at the sales office was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the summer house, protection requirements and the construction process.
The order was comprehensive and detailed and we received frequent updates from the customer service team. The erectors came on time and were friendly and helpful, making sure our Summer House was positioned exactly as we wanted it. They were experienced and friendly and completed the job to our satisfaction quickly and efficiently. They tidied up and made sure we were happy before they left

A good experience all round. Guys arrived on time and worked solid for less than two hours to install the shed.

My brother who has learning difficulties recently bought an 8 x 6 shed from the Hailsham branch which included erection. When the shed arrived he asked that the shed was positioned so that he could get around it to paint and maintain. However, because it was easier for the erection team, due to ground conditions, they placed it almost touching boundary fences on two sides. When this was raised with the Hailsham office they were extremely rude and refused to return to move the shed. The after sales service is the worst I have ever encountered and will definitely not use Skinners again or recommend.

Pleased with the quality of the shed and the overall process. From the initial chat to understand our needs and options, through to the installation of the shed, I was happy and impressed with the high levels of customer service and overall quality. We had particular access constraints which were able to be accommodated in how our pent shed was constructed and installed. The installers were professional and quickly put up the shed to a high standard.
