I purchased a gift card and unfortunately the design of it was poor and unpresentable so I had to redesign it to make it more attractive

Beež unemask/silmamask kumab läbi ehk on üsna otstarbetu ost. Sama tooni ja sama tegumoega mask Dore and Rose'lt blokeerib edukalt ka valguse, mistõttu ei osanud aimata, et Aino (magamiseks mõeldud ja kodulehe kirjelduse järgi 100% pimendav) mask seda ei tee (hoolimata heledast värvusest). Pettunud! Soovitan kindlasti tumedat.

Padjapüürid on väga mõnusad, üldse ei taha enam teistega magada.
Olen pesnud lühikese programmiga 40 kraadiga pesumasinas ja selliselt on eluiga umbes 2 aastat. Siis hakkab lagunema. Käsitsi pestes ja 30 kraadiga on eluiga ilmselt pikem :)

Minu e-kirjale pärast tellimuse vormistamist ei vastatud.
Pakk saadeti minule ebasobivasse pakiautomaati (eeldasin kullertarnet või siis vähemasti oleks võinud küsida, millisesse automaati soovin).

Voodipesu ei olnud eraldi kilesse pakendatud, oli lihtsalt otse pappkarbis. Imestasin, kuna tegu on voodipesuga ning eksklusiivse tootega. Eeldaksin paremat teenindust sellise hinnaklassi toote puhul.

Magasin kolm ööd enda siidist padjapüüri peal ja mingid tumedad täpid / plekid ilmusid sinna peale. Ei tea kas need pesus välja tulevad.

Perfect product, fast delivery!

The product is of high quality (sleeping mask) and packaging was nicely sustainable. The only minor downside is that I was hoping for a quicker shipping.

My new silk pillow cover was delivered very quickly and it is perfect! Cool sensation in the beginning of the sleep, but soon enough nice and warm. And oh my, did I dream about loosing my silky pillow into the wind the same night! What a great choice of sleeping with it from now on!

Firstly I would like to mention that the products are of great quality and would give them alone a 5/5.

I also gave a 5/5 overall and the reason is that the package was delivered to the wrong address, which I of course couldn't know, and after 15 days I decided to write a mail to them.
They quickly apologised and promised me that I would shortly receive the product.
This in fact happened and a few days later I stood with my pillowcase.
The quality was so good that I later ordered the sleep mask, where the delivery had no issues.
The sleep mask is also very comfortable.
