From getting a quote for my very specific requirements, including cover for a medical condition, through to receiving the insurance certificate and policy details, it was all very quick. ringing around for travel insurance to mount Everest base camp , no mads £600 minim, other company's were £400 to £290, but the excess were from £1750 to £750, Paul got me a policy for £135.00 with a £50 excess, Paul even got BIBA to call me to confirm the cover was properly covered and underwritten , Paul has saved me money offers, me a cover that will properly cover me, do your home work before you buy otherwise you will get ripped off, thank you Paul

Fantastic service again. I've been with these guys for 3 or 4 years now and they are very knowledgable, helpful and responsive. It's good to be able to talk to someone who knows the market and can quickly find the right policy fit.

Honest pricing and good cover. I have not had to claim so I can't speak to that (very important) side of things, but intelligent, helpful people answer the telephone and they seem to be straightforward and knowledgable when they answered my questions. I would buy winter sports insurance from them again.
