Bought the 18ct gold basket earrings as they looked so similar to a pair I was given as a gift from a family member abroad but I sadly lost one of them. So I was really pleased to have discovered Halo’s! Excellent price and great quality, the clasp is sturdy. Very fast delivery and good packaging as well.

Well chuffed with my new earrings
Absolutely chuffed with my new earrings. They arrived fairly quick even though they came from China. Real silver and exactly the same, perfect quality earrings sold by a big brand for about 10 times the price.
The site also gave me the option of a pair of free earrings, which arrived first cos I think they were sent from the UK.
Definitely recommend.

WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM FROM INTERNET BUYER BEWARE
I ordered two bracelets. I paid £60. I received one bracelet. I then contacted the company , they asked for photographs I sent your photographs. I also sent them numerous emails , messages. I asked them to phone me ,they’re still not giving me a refund. I’m going through the bank to get a refund. Be aware of this company. Do not buy they rip you off. I ordered two bracelets only received one and they won’t give me a refund cause they don’t believe it. It was packed wrongly in China.
Got reply from company even after sending photos and emails, they say this is not proof, seems their stock answer when they don’t want to admit mistakes, going through fraud department at bank to recoup my money

I ordered 2 items in October, received one item only in November, have been emailing them since with no response. I’ve used all possible channels from customer service email to the chat on their website to IG. No response!
They’ll take your money and ghost you, be warned.
Update: after posting this review they have responded and issued a refund

Fake silver drop shipped from china
I specifically bought from a jewelry shop to ensure I bought genuine silver but unfortunately what I received was just fake stuff drop shipped from china for 4x the price. Contacted the company but received no reply at all. Luckily PayPal refunded me promptly. Avoid unless you want temu quality and delivery times for 4x the price.

Your order was delivered successfully, and it included both the item purchased and the complimentary free-gift you selected at checkout. At no point did we receive an email, message, or return request from you. All customers are able to start a return instantly through our online returns portal by entering their order number and email address, and our team is on hand to assist if needed.
Instead of contacting us or initiating a return, a PayPal dispute was opened immediately. This meant we had no prior opportunity to resolve your concerns directly, assess the item, or arrange a return in the usual way.
It is also important to clarify that PayPal has not issued you a refund, contrary to what has been stated. The case remains open and under review (until the 10th of December) and PayPal is currently assessing the evidence we have provided showing that no attempt was made to contact us or start a return through the correct channel.
We take product authenticity seriously and work only with verified, long-standing suppliers, supported by the required compliance documentation. Had the returns process been followed correctly, we would have been able to investigate your concerns promptly and professionally.
