The whole repair process was carried out quickly and professionally. When the lens was returned, everything worked and the aftercare service we excellent.

I went to Skears Photographics, 203 Wellingborough Road, Northampton NN1 4ED to get some photos developed from my new smartphone. I had no idea how to get them downloaded to place an order for prints and the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I needed the prints to fit odd shaped, small baubles for Christmas presents and the staff went out of their way to get the right size prints for me to cut down to fit into the baubles. I have used Skears Photographics to print photos from my camera for years and know what I'm doing with that, but trying to get photos from a smartphone is completely new to me. I am extremely grateful for all their professional help and friendly manner in making it easy for me to produce what I needed. I would not use any other company for my photographic needs.

I had a fault with my Pentax K1 camera that I couldn't fix. I contacted three companies for a quote, describing the fault the same way in each case. I got three quotes, the one from Skears photographic was the best value. I contacted the company by email and got prompt responses so sent off my camera for repair. It took a week and during that time I got an update on progress (when prompted) and the camera was returned, repaired on time. Only small issue is that the quote didn't include the cost of the return postage but of no consequence given that the total cost inc VAT was under £100 while the other two quotes were far higher (£145 exc VAT and £220 inc VAT). Would definitely use Skears again.
