You know the old saying folks, 'Buy cheap, buy Twice. Not in this case. I had Alan and Cian out to first assess my situation and on a later day, to sort out my boiler and flue.

My boiler had been installed incorrectly a year ago and started leaking water. The installer emigrated and the paperwork went missing. An authorised Gas Inspector subsequently shut it down because of potential Carbon Monoxide, and suggested getting a 'proper job' done, (gas above all, is the dodgiest threat).

Alas, we had Alan and Cian out to remedy the issue. From the outset, Laura at SJM, had kept us informed at each stage of the process, (communication is everything). Alan and Cian, apart from being nice people, are professionals. They'll tell you themselves, they won't cut corners or jeopardise your safety. If you want the real deal and peace of mind, look no further. Lesson learned, 'You get what you pay for'.

Excellent service, from start to finish. We have used SJM in emergencies, for Boiler services and installation of water tank. Alan is a wealth of knowledge never says it can't be done. Very hard worker very neat the place is left clean after all his work. The courtesy call and customer service is first class. Thank to all the staff.

Richie came over and installed a new tap and new waste and it was an excellent and amazing work from him.

Organised on time and neat. The large team of qualified and apprentice plumbers did a complete boiler reinstall with minimal impact on our business.

New boiler fitted, Absolutely recommended, Aaron, Hugh and an apprentice (sorry never got his name) arrived on time, pleasant and professional, very clean, neat and tidy, and explained how everything woked

Liam and Richard serviced our gas boiler and detected a gas leak. They clearly and courteously explained to us that they had to shut off the gas supply. They returned to us a few days later and re-piped the gas boiler and cooker within a day. they were punctual, reliable, hardworking and efficient. We would thoroughly recommend them. We would also like to thank Jason for rearranging the work schedule to deal with the unforeseen situation. Alan also made readjustments to the cooker positioning which we appreciated enormously. In our dealings with SJM for the last two years we feel that SJM are a well-run company who put the needs of their customers first.

Had a very positive experience with this upgrade from oil to gas,the lads were on time and very friendly and helpful, they done very clean tidy work and also left no mess,I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone needing work done ,very pleased with there service.

We got a new Worcester boiler fitted last week from SJM and had all our radiators flushed. Liam and Richie arrived on the morning on time. They were very efficient and friendly lads. Everything was completed perfectly and within the timeframe. They cleaned up everywhere afterwards and took all the rubbish away with them. We are thrilled with our new system now its so much more economical with the new control system and the APP on our phones. We were so impressed with the service that we have recommended them strongly to an elderly family member. Fantastic job by Sean, fitting a new Baxi combi boiler. My old boiler had a hot water tank and header tank in a built in cupboard. Sean removed it all. No mess at all. Amazing job, no hard sell, very honest and did what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I’ve used this company and must say their work ethic is excellent. Today we got our boiler serviced and also install and removal of a toilet. They arrived exactly on time and work was carried out cleanly and professionally with a detail brief when finished . Again this is the only plumbing company I would recommend their work speaks for itself . Thanks to Emmet for his meticulous work 👍👍👍👍👍.

Excellent work replacing my boiler and as it was an old system they had a hard job. They returned the second day to replace an broken section not in original plan without the slightly problem. Lovely people to deal with

A broken boiler prompted me to ask friends for a recommendation ref.a heating & plumbing company. SJM was my first call, and Sean fitted us in quickly.
