Our shower head and bathroom taps were losing pressure down to a trickle followed by a strong gush of water. Laura from SJM Plumbing took my call yesterday and organised a plumber to call today. Craig arrived right on schedule, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, taking care to leave everything clean and tidy before leaving. We were very impressed with his work and he was a pleasure to deal with. We were also very impressed that SJM were able to provide such great service at short notice. I highly recommend this company.

Craig dropped by and devoted a lot of time (and some detective work) to find the reason for the problems we were experiencing with the boiler (basically, that the rads were on when not needed).
Very satisfied.

Alan arrived bang on time having texted me in advance that he was on his way. He serviced my gas boiler and fully checked my heating system. His work was excellent. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending SJM plumbing to any customer.

Absolutely outstanding service! Alan came through for us during an emergency late on a Friday night. Without his help, we would’ve been left all weekend with no hot water and barely any running water. He arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. The issue was resolved quickly and thoroughly, and he made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Top class service from Alan Doyle and his trainee Antonio Rattigan, from SJM Plumbing and Heating. They arrived on time to carry out gas boiler full service and pressure gauge replacement. Alan explained everything in detail and with the help of Antonio who is on training as part of TY they carried out everything required to have heating up and running again with very little disruption. It's reassuring to see work carried out like this to the highest standards and to observe teamwork and training for our young people as they prepare for life after school. Alan has many years of experience in his trade and is a credit to his profession in keeping up to date with modern plumbing and heating systems and controls. Great work, five star service all around. Called SJM plumbing this morning dealt with Laura, very helpful, she organised Ritchie to call over and have a look, on his trip over he called to get the lowdown of the issue, arrived and very quickly assessed the situation and promtly fixed it. Job done in 1 hour. Excellant service from both Laura and Ritchie and SJM plumbing. Thanks will defo use again should the need arise.
