I've used this app a few times and I must say it comes in real handy, and the babysitters have been really good, so I totally recommend. Any concerns I've had had been handled professionally by Angela W, 5 stars!

Great Support Experience

I had a unique situation, because my husband asked me to sign up for SitterCity to start looking for baby sitters for our 17month old. I use my email and password, but his work details since the benefits are from his job. The system didn't allow that to give us the premium access. Luckily, Angela was able to assist very quickly to merge the account so the premium benefits would be applied. I really appreciated her sense of urgency, and great communication throughout the process!

Jessica was quick to respond to emails…

Jessica was quick to respond to emails and had my issue resolved in a very timely fashion. I have confidence going forward that if I have additional needs with my account that Sittercity will be there for support.

Informative and Quick

I had trouble verifying my identity, but Dee was invaluable. She suggested I log out and back in, which allowed me to complete the verification process successfully. She also explained why my verification didn’t work the first time. Great support!
