Bridging loan for house purchase
We have just completed a Bridging loan using Sirius finance and can highly recommend them.
I’ve never gone through the process before and was initially wary of the charges v benefits. It suited our circumstances and we have been supported through the process.
Initially by Nick & Oliver, but then guided by Paul, who handled our case.
Particularly reassuring was the speed and thoroughness of replies. It felt like we had our own personal manager and he liaised very effectively with solicitors and the lender. Thanks very much.

A reliable and responsive Mortgage Application process.
Sirius provided a thorough and reliable service. After long and careful checks they approved our mortgage application. They kept a close watch on the application as it passed through the system, and gave us appropriate and timely advice at each step of the process. They were easy to contact by phone.

Billie Cox has been a great support through our refinancing under circumstances that were not straight forward. She was always available and went above and beyond to keep things moving forward. I dealt with Billie Cox who was excellent. Very efficient at keeping things moving on track and ensuring the loan progressed from start to completion.
