I’m writing this review on a 6 a.m. train from Edinburgh to Nottingham to collect the keys to my first investment property. And truly, if it weren’t for Kelly, this journey wouldn’t be happening today.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kelly on my recent investment property purchases, and I’ve been consistently impressed by her exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge of the mortgage market, and most importantly, the genuine ownership she takes of the entire process.

Every time we faced a challenge — and there were quite a few — Kelly tackled them head-on with confidence and clarity, always ensuring I achieved the best possible outcome.
