Great price. Good communication. Quoted 7-10 working days delivery was actually 7. Installed on day 8. Very happy. Just got to get rid of all the cardboard now.

Great customer service.
I was quite reluctant to buy from here after reading the reviews, but I couldnt fault the service. My product arrived 1 week later and although there was 1 day delay, I was informed of this.

Was looking for the best price on a specific Blanco sink and alternate coloured fittings - Modern Kitchen Appliances had exactly the one we wanted with the fittings, all at a price that seemed way too good to be true. Well, a week later the sink turned up looking perfect and we're looking forward to fitting it soon. Was almost half the price of other places we looked!

Delivery states 7-10 working days. Try 14 workiing days! Which isn’t helpful when planning a kitchen fit. Can only contact by email - no phone number. Apologetic but doesn’t change the almost double length of time to deliver.

Service excellent but there was no English Manual with the product.

They got me the sink I wanted, quickly & at a very reasonable price

Ordered Blanco sink at good price, delivery was as stated at outset and although not yet fitted seems to be in good condition. No complaints.

Appallingly Customer Service/ After Sales
My advice is if you can purchase elsewhere then do so.
Ordered sink listed as 7 to 10 day delivery and even after checking with their Customer Service on numerous days and being assured by them that it would arrive within the delivery timescale it didn't.
Turns out in transit doesn't mean on route to customer but instead waiting on delivery of stock from their supplier.
Sink finally arrived 4 days after delivery timescale and 2 days after kitchen fitters left.

Easy process from ordering to delivery.
Modern Kitchens not only had the appliance at a really good price, but also kept me informed about the status of my delivery. Excellent service.

Ordered early on recommendation from reviews. Order delivered on specified date. Blanco sink and tap fitted today and look lovely. Great value. Only gripe is the 2 year warranty which I queried as blanco products have 25 year warranties. No one could offer an explanation why the warranty is substantially reduced. Happy with purchase.
