I stumbled across this website by accident when I googled a problem with my Singer sewing machine. I didn't expect to reach a UK site, nor find an almost non-existent part (in the US) for my Singer Quantum XL 6000. The part was reasonably priced, but the postage was a killer! It would have been nice to have another shipping option since it wasn't an urgent need. I will come back again if I have a hard to part.

I was so pleased with the machine I can’t even remember why I chose a different one. The only snag I have is how difficult it is to use the needle threader. It’s a nightmare. Otherwise the machine is brilliant.

Found exactly what I wanted at a good price. Checked in as a guest. Didn’t realise billing address was different from delivery address. I live in France and have a UK bank card registered at my daughter’s address, but the items are being delivered to my sister’s address in a different county where we are visiting shortly. Bit of a faff to alter the details, but managed in the end. Thank you, Singer.

The only site that specified the part I required was compatible with my machine. Ordered with international delivery - took a week, very speedy.

Great company to deal with. Items are sent out quickly, with a choice of delivery service. Helpful for me with a Scottish Highlands postcode, although I live in Moray not the Highlands!

Easy to find what I needed. One problem I found was the paying for the item. Kept throwing up an error message and then on the 3rd or 4th attempt it went through.

I don’t know why this business has a customer support number on its website as you have to email and request a call back. Phone calls are not answered or phone was put down in me. No one ever called me back! Poor in my opinion.
