Boiler replacement successfully carried out by Sines.
A fairly complicated task, having to re-site the boiler and it's ancillary equipment. Steve gave us from the outset, sensible options and accurate estimates.
Martin and Simon arrived on agreed date and time, and carried out the work over 3 days. They always made sure we had hot water when not they were not working, and left the house clean and tidy.
They all spent ages balancing the system, commissioning and would not leave until we were fully happy with and understood its operation. The job cost came in within estimate.
I would thoroughly recommend Sines.

Their professionalism is second to none. From Steve's initial visit and quote, to Martin and Simons excellent workmanship with the installation.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company, after a few emergencies and needing immediate help I was given the best customer service from start to finish.

They fitted me in and took the time to make sure finer details, such as, thinking about school pick up times etc were considered.
The jobs were done with professionalism and were finished very speedily. All members of the team I dealt with were prompt and considerate, especially very respectful of our home.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for these services, so pleased we went with Sines.

We’ve just had a new boiler installed and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Everyone from Sines has been absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with, particularly Sarah in the office who has done a great job in keeping us informed and Simon and Martin who came to fit the boiler. They were all very polite and friendly and the guys were very respectful and trustworthy while they were in our home.

We had a replacement boiler fitted, which involved a lot of extra work, as the boiler was also re-positioned. Steve came to talk us through the initial plan and was approachable, professional and informative. He also over-saw the work and supported his team with any issues that arose. The team that came in were very friendly and were happy to talk us through any obstacles and answer any questions. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a brilliant clean up job too. We are delighted with the end result.

Sines have just finished installing a new heating system for me. This is the fourth house I have owned that I have used them to overhaul the heating system. I can't fault them and would strongly recommend, they don't oversell, they are fairly priced, tidy in their work and get jobs complete on time. Steve and his team are just nice guys to deal with too, which is important on bigger jobs when they can be in your house for days! I wouldn't consider using another plumber.

I have been a customer of Sines plumbing and heating for many years and highly recommend the company. All the staff I have dealt with over the years have been most professional with great integrity. They are knowledgeable, very helpful and efficient, always friendly and take great pride in delivering excellent customer service at all times.
When our heating suddenly stopped working recently I know it was a particularly busy time for the company and was most grateful for the way our problem was dealt with. I was given realistic estimates of when we could expect an engineer to get to us, kept updated all the way along and this ended in a successful repair. Let me tell you, my old boiler finally kicked the bucket after 25 years (RIP, trusty Bosch Worcester). Feeling clueless, I got quotes from a few plumbers. Sines Plumbing wasn't fancy, but they were straight-shooters from the start.

These guys weren't just professional, they were super down-to-earth and explained everything about the new boiler installation in a way I could understand. They even came over twice (at request) to answer all my questions (because, let's be honest, plumbing stuff can be confusing!).

What I really liked was that they didn't try to pressure me. They talked me through the different boiler options and those smart thermostat things (Google Nest vs. Bosch EasyControl) without pushing anything specific. Made me feel like they genuinely cared about me making the right choice.

Price-wise, they weren't the rock-bottom cheap, but they weren't bank-breakers either. More importantly, they didn't give me that "used car salesman" vibe. Felt like they were honest folks who just wanted to do a good job.

The installation itself went smooth as butter. The technicians, Martin and Simon, were awesome. Super friendly, explained everything they were doing, and even figured out a tricky part with the Bosch EasyControl. They weren't just about rushing through the job, they made sure everything worked perfectly and that I knew how to use it.

Leaving them the key while I was out wasn't a worry at all. They even called me later to set up a handover at a time that worked for me – that little touch really mattered.

Look, Sines Plumbing isn't flashy, but they're the real deal. They're honest, do great work, and clearly care about their customers. If you need a plumber you can trust, these are your guys. Highly recommend!

I have been using Sines for the past couple of years for my yearly boiler check and when i decided that it was time to replace my old boiler, i thought that the best choice was to ask them and i was not disappointed. I had a first visit with Steve to understand what type of boiler would work best with my house and with the water pressure i’ve got, Steve was very open and honest in his advice. Once i decided to proceed, it took a very short time to organise a date. The team arrived bright and early, ready to start. They were hardworking, polite and friendly without overstepping at any point. I received plenty of information concerning what was going on and i received plenty of information on how to make the most of my new boiler. Before making any permanent change, they always made sure to ask and check i was ok with their work. While sorting out the boiler, they realised that my water heater was not working properly; they ordered the necessary part overnight and managed to fix it and give me a little bit more time before a new heater will be required as well. At the end of the day, they made sure to clean everything thoroughly, they gave me a pack with all the paperwork, they informed me about more documents to come and they gave me plenty more of advice. I had a very positive experience and i’m certainly going to contact them again when the water heater will need to be replaced

The company came highly recommended and did not disappoint, they came in with a fair quote against other big plumbing companies, The owner round and looked at what work needed doing and talked through all aspects of the job explaining what they would need to do and why including legality within building regulations and if as a client was happy with where the new boiler would be fitted.

On build week, two plumbers came and made sure the work area was covered in order not to damage our carpets, they looked smart and presentable as representing the company and again very polite and explained what they would be doing on each day. Both very experienced in what they were doing and spent time to make sure the finishing touches would be what they would expect in their own home.

Am looking forward to using them again and they have a customer for life from us.

Avoid - had to visit 5 times to fix boiler, left us with a temporary flue and promised to come back. Emailed chasing, they then email a service reminder and despite chasing three times no response. No surprise less than 3 months later the boiler goes again…

I had a badly leaking radiator in a bedroom and called Steve as an emergency. 8pm at night and he was round in 20 mins. The radiator had lost all the water and the pressure dropped and could have caused damage to the boiler pump if Steve hadn’t been so quick and sorted the problem.

He even hoovered the water out of the carpet and left us with everything fixed and working on a freezing cold night.

Professional, first class service.

We have used Sines since having our boiler and central heating installed when we moved in and did major renovations. They have always been excellent, highly professional and friendly and polite. Our last service was of the usual high standard.

Steve's team were excellent. We needed our old warm air heating system replaced with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler. All staff were extremely good, kept us informed of their progress throughout the installation. Were very tidy at the end of each day & even managed to complete the work a day quicker than expected. Martin, Nathan & Lloyd, the installers, were excellent whilst Sarah in the office kept us updated of progress from initial quote through to completion. Will certainly be having our annual service with Sines. Highly recommended

A very helpful company. Sorted my gas leak and then fixed gas fire. Very pleasant staff. Thoroughly reccommend.

Called Sines to replace a central heating pump because I had to hit the pump to make the heating come on. But when this didn't solve the problem, they left me two fan heaters and returned the next day with a plumber and electrician. Their diagnosis was painstaking and eventually revealed a mains cable almost severed, probably many years ago. I am sure the bill did not cover all the time they spent at my house. An excellent company

Noisey Radiators
Steve came out and identified the problem he fitted a new pump on a very old Kingfisher boiler the same day this fixed the noisy radiators.
We wouldn't use any other company now and have booked in for full strip down service.

Carried out routine boiler service and fitted a new radiator and valve in a bedroom. Very clean and tidy and no hassles. I have used this company a long while now and would not use anyone else for my heating and plumbing.

When my old boiler broke down I decided to obtain quotes from 4 companies, and I was most impressed by the prompt service from Sines, who being local was able to visit in the evening. I accepted what was a competitive quote and work was completed exactly as agreed. The team were very professional and kept me fully informed of what they were doing. Thy were tidy and courteous. Being a local company meant that the owner was able to visit regularly to check on progress.
