Although I initially experienced a difficulty in submitting my order-on contacting Sinclairs directly the issue was resolved very quickly and I received my order which I am delighted with.

Outstanding customer service
I bought a pair of boots at Burghley that proved to be a little tight on the toe when I got them home.
I asked to return them and this company, and Lisa in particular, could not have been more helpful and speedy in issuing me with a refund.
I would very much hope to buy from them in the future and could whole heartedly recommend them for treating their customers so well.
If only all companies behaved with such integrity and efficiency.
