Title: My Experience With Simply Zipp — Buyer Beware
I saw the advertisement for Simply Zipp and decided to give the company a try. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order in May and spent more than $130. Today is August 12, and I still have not received my order. I have contacted the company and received repeated explanations and delays, but the product has never arrived.
What is especially frustrating is that I was told the order had been delivered. However, I never received it, and I was not provided with proof that it was actually delivered to me.
After waiting for months and spending more than $130, I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that people research this company carefully before placing an order.
Buyer beware. I would not recommend Simply Zipp based on my experience.

Ich habe vor etwa Zwei Monaten 4 Lampen bestellt die bis heute nicht bei mir angekommen sind. Nun habe ich um Rückzahlung gebeten was aber auch nicht erfolgt und immer wieder vertröstet werde mit der Ausrede das zu viele Anfragen zu beantworten seien. Ganz sicher nie wieder!!!!

The product didnt kill any mosquitos and I have many. I charged it up and put it in different locations at different times of the day. It didnt do anything to attrack mosquito. It looks like a cheap piece of junk that cost 2 cents from china, very flimsy, dissapointing. I feel cheated. Its been a month since I requested a refund. I have gotten a few different emails and they keep passing it on to different departments saying they will contact me via email. They are very polite but keep me waiting for the refund. Its been over a month now

I was unlucky enough to watch SIMPLY ZAP add, be impressed and naively, to believe it. I ordered one unit to try. In my order confirmation I was surprised to see that they confirmed TWO units and more than doubling my cost. I immediately tried any possible way to cancel my order but they claimed that it was too late.
Now that I've read all that is written about them, I realize that I was swindled...
These guys are thieves!

Absolute rubbish . Hasn't trapped one mosquito,flying around lamp before zooming in to bite.
Cheap plastic toy,wouldn't knowingly
Pay 3€for it.I paid a "special reduced price" 35€ + p&p.Have bought better ones for 10 - 12 € from Chinese Bazars .They didn't work either,but 35 € is complete rip off.
Have requested refund but don't hold out much hope.

Giving one star because I am sick of seeing their stupid adds on Youtube. This is the second year. On their Youtube advertisement it sometime says that it was designed by an Japanese engineer, sometimes by a German students. Both times using some generic stock videos and AI. It is probably some overpriced lamp from China, which does not work as mosquitoes are not attracted to UV light

EDIT: so they fully moved to making AI slop for commercials. They also mention winning an award from some non-existent competition.

Simplyzap is scam it doesn’t even caught one mosquito, totally hopeless, paid £50.78 quite a bit for it last year

It's a humane mosquito killer that kills nothing, absolute rubbish. In the year I've owned this its killed 1 mosquito and nothing else.

this is simply a scam. even the people are not real. whoever made this need to charged for fraud.

Faked and overpriced product. Does not work at all. Still to your mosquitoes coils or things you are used to. Attend an outddoor BBQ by friends and observed they hung 2 at the venue but everyone still get bitten by mozzies.

*P.S - I received response from SimplyZap to verify my review and they claimed to emailed me to follow up on my review.....I have yet to receive any email (also checked spam box).

I have not bought anything from them. I saw the advert on Youtube and wanted to know more. What I noticed straight off was that you could not link through on their ratings which look identicle to trustpilot, same colour same design everything. This is more just a warning to others. I did come here to read the REAL reviews. Saying that,I feel YOUTUBE also has a responsibility here, to not allow scam companies place adverts.

Always be vigilant, read reviews and if you must, ask chat if the company is legit before parting with your money.

SimplyZap is a complete scam. I bought three and tested them in our garden in mosquito infested areas and never saw a single dead mosquito around the machines. I had to discard all three units.

Easy to purchase

They advertise as Japanese invention. They have doubled my order without my authorization and debited my credit card. I wanted to cancel my order after 1 min., but AI agents said the order is on the way and can’t be canceled.
I received my order after 2 months- a Chinese low quality product called electrical shock. They had taken 150 eurs from me - but product is worth ZERO! Don’t make the same mistake.

Paypal transaction never confirmed by rogue ordering daughter. Inspite...order went through. WITHIN 7 MINUTES asked to cancel but company claims it already shipped....who believes that? Now mut wait for return process. What a scam.

Be aware of the other users review, this company show all the signs of a scammer group

This is a scam product. Don't buy.

The ads are fake and the product is a Scam!
