Topaz 2 i3 -1215U shipped to Canada
Their website order for a topaz 2 NUC did not work correctly for me (a Canadian customer), but Nicole was quick to notice something was wrong, and went to great lengths to correct the problem. And since that took a couple of days, she gave me a good deal on the Windows 11 (which the original order missed) and upgraded my shipping to overnight. I was very impressed. But even more impressed with the quality and ease of setup of the NUC. I was up and running w 3 UHD monitors in less than 15 minutes! True plug and play. Thank you Nicole for your great help

Responded quickly to questions before I placed my final order. Provided pdates on my order status. NUC arrived earlier than expected and was correctly configured to my requested specs. The included VESA mount hardware worked flawlessly with my monitor. I highly recommend SimplyNuc.

Great Product, but lacking QC
Good customer support and good perfroming product in the end. However, when the product arrived one RAM stick was not well seated and caused boot failure. I fixed it by reseating RAM myself and it booted well after that.

Prompt, but...
Was prompt, but the FedEx delivery person did not buzz the door nor leave sufficient time for me to sign for the package. Now I must go to FedEx facility to pick it up later tonight. This is a hassle, as I stayed home from work today expressly to pick up the package.

Helpful customer service
Helpful customer service! Very pleased with the WallStreet Canyon product. Worked first up with the preloaded Windows 10 Pro. I installed additional storage albeit off-board using an enclosure that takes an M2 card an connects via USB3 to the NUC.

Fast shipping and great customer service
Order was shipped super fast to Canada.
Customer service was very helpful in resolving an issue regarding international sales.
(At check out, configuration and price was different from what I ordered).
Customer service called me before I even had time to call them, and fixed the issue.
