I ordered the NUC online and I ordered some equipment that was not required. Simply NUC reached out to me to establish a better understanding of what I was needing. We adjusted the order, the equipment came to my house and I could not be more pleased with the performance to date.

Good quality assembly. Great computer. Was well packaged and shipped fast.

I was having difficulty in locating a new PC with just the features I wanted. With SimplyNUC I was able to define the processor that I wanted, the amount of RAM, number and size of SSDs, and other features. When I placed the order, it arrived in half of the time that I was expecting. What more could I expect.

The sales rep kept me informed on the status of my Nuc build and shipment.

The customer support from Meg in particular was amazing.

Configuring my PC on the website was easy and enjoyable experience. Customer Service reached out to me immediately to resolve an issue. I received my purchase on time, and in great condition.

Time was good for shipping. Got it a few days early than I was expected to. And had my nuc running days before expected.

Having all needed information about your different products offerings on your web site makes the task of electing what I need much easier. Also, I used the chat and got help from a knowledgeable and caring person as she answered my questions. Processing the payment was straight forward.

Easy to order and I was kept informed along the way. Very responsive to emails.

Lead time excessive. Was advised that lead time was 1-2 weeks but production is usually inside of the lead time…yeah, not so much. The only way that I knew anything after paying in full and the initial and only email was an email from FedEx notifying of a shipment coming. I have the computer so all is good but don’t expect communication.

I'm not giving 5 stars because there was a 2-week lead time on building the product that wasn't mentioned before purchase. I ordered this for a friend to bring from the US and needed it in that time. They missed the target, but luckily my friend had delayed his flight. SimplyNUC prioritised my case and delivered a couple of days later.

On the first restart, it failed to access the NVME card boot. I waited 5 minutes, then just pulled the power, waited 2 minutes, then it started up. This repeated itself after connecting to thee Domain, and restarting.

Also, the fan is so loud that it is extremely annoying, and difficult to ignore.

So far, only 1 out of 5 stars. Appears to be just as fast as the NUC13ANHi7 unit, with 64GB, which has no noticeable fan noise.

Nancy with SimplyNUC was very helpful and informative. The very specific unit I was interested in was on backorder, I knew that when I began my inquiry. The reason for the backorder was a manufacturer issue, and not because of SimplyNUC... but I really wanted this particular unit. Nancy did offer me alternative choices to avoid the backorder delay. By my choice, I continued with my original order and preference. Nancy honored my preference and continued with the order. The unit was delivered in the anticipated timeframe and I am very pleased with the my new Intel Rugged Imbedded NUC... it works flawlessly for my specific application.

This is a well-designed system! It exceeded my expectations! The order follow-up communications with Simply NUC were better than any recent online purchase experience, even Amazon.

The shopping experience was excellent. Shipping was faster than expected and the store made themselves available if I needed any help (I didn't). Plus, the NUC was packed well.
