I was very nervous about sending my M2 Max MBP through the mail, but it was all good.
Despite me paying close to 3k for this MBP 3 years ago Apple offered me $400 for it in a trade in!!
CashForYourMac offered me $1239.
Not only did they give me a fair price, everything they promised they delivered on, including sending the check within the promised time frame.
If you are like me sitting on the fence, worried if you will get paid, or if your mac will arrive safely then i would not worry, this company are honest and true.

Excellent value and sale experience. Support was prompt when an issue did come up, and make sure that all was well in the end. Recommend!

I agreed to sell them a vision pro the week before last. I sent it thru Fedex with their shipping label and they received it last Monday and have had it six days. The day after that they sent me an email confirming receipt and telling me it would be in line for inspection and that would take 3-5 days. Wednesday—two days after receiving it—they sent me an email reminding me to ship it as if they didn’t get it. Support’s response hours latter was I could opt out of those emails but did again say it was in line for inspection so I was relieved. Yesterday, day five they had it, they sent me an email saying I would receive my Apple gift card within the hour. That was a little after 5 pm. An hour and a half latter I sent an email to their support which on their website they say one can contact 24/7. Another hour latter after no response I sent their support another email. No response until this morning 13 hours after the first email. Now they are saying allow 24 hours instead on one hour. It’s been 21 and still no payment. Now I am not sure if they are going to pay me or not but what I am sure of is their emails are inaccurate and cannot be trusted.

I've done trade-ins with CFYM for the last few years and every time it's a very positive transaction. I totally trust this company because it does what it says it will do. CFYM is the only trade-in company I'll use because of its integrity, and they have a great rep in the Mac community. Thanks CFYM for another great transaction experience!

They did everything asked of them, even after something that wasn't their fault jeopardized the sale. Excellent customer service.

This was so easy. I had four different places give me an estimate for what they would pay for my used macbook air. This was the highest. They paid for FedEx (although I paid FedEx to box it properly) and within a week I received word that I would receive the full amount they had estimated. Also, I didn't realize that I hadn't fully deactivated my old computer - and they sent me instructions how to do it.

Excellent experience. They agreed with my opinion on the condition of my MacBook.
I received a nice check from them in the mail.
Wouldl definitely use again buy my other MacBooks are too old for them.
By the way, this was the first time I used this company that I’ve never heard of before.
