I consider myself to be fairly adept at shopping online - I do a lot of it!! This website is a nightmare!
I found the hammock I wanted but I couldn't find the stand. I went to their recommended stands but they were all too large for what I wanted.
I emailed them to ask the questions. All I was sent was a link of three hammocks none of which were suitable.
I searched again. Still no luck so emailed again.
This time I received an email addressed to Jessie - not able to even get my name right!! More links, no sorry for the confusion, no sorry for my trouble just 'hope this helps JESSIE!!!
In between these emails I received a 'REVIEW' option so I repeated what I have said here! Nothing! No response whatsoever! Even received one from the CEO who 'promised to read it' - didnt promise to reply I notice!!
Its a shame - I think their products are good BUT there are other options!!!

We were of the 3 % who didn't get it next day. We ordered at 11.52 so only just before noon. But still quick and easy.

We were given a gift to spend online
We were given a gift to spend online, we purchased two double hammock chairs, one of which arrived Promptly, but after a few weeks I had to call and Find out about the other.. the man I spoke to was very understanding and the second one was sent out immediately.
We are yet to move into our new house, so hammocks are untested, however the quality seems great. Cheers

Nice enough hammock but broke within weeks. Sent photos and they asked me to send it back. Did so, sending a photo of the Royal Mail confirmation, but the package apparently didn't turn up and they refused a refund.

Love these Hammocks, love the company.
We have had great customer service from start to finish, very personable. I've been setting the Hammocks up and they're super easy and it feels like your building a ship which is an added bonus.

Absolutely brilliant
Bought this hammock for my granddaughter and set it up in her orchard . It is really well made and very sturdy. It was easy to put together and the hammock is simple to put on and take off for storage.
Superb quality and super fast delivery. I highly recommend this product and this brilliant company.

Hammock stated £119 rrp 50% off down to £63 thought I was getting a bargain I’ve seen the same hammock online for £28 from outdoorGB was really dissatisfied I could have bought 2 and still had change you live and learn! Don’t be fooled shop around!

Top service a good company to deal with.
Top service, right through from Tom in customer service who was fantastic in answering my queries and making sure my order went through at great speed and I must include the team at the warehouse as they played a great part in making sure my order was processed fast.
I just have to say it was amazing to deal with a company where you got to speak to someone straight away and got a response. Top marks to all the team.

Tom was flipping brilliant (I’ll modify my usual language for the sake of decency), a mine of information, exceptionally helpful, and managed that near impossible feat of being both casual and professional at the same time. An all round delight of an experience to deal with, Simply Hammocks are to be recommended in the strongest possible terms.

Cracking hammock I bought for the…
Cracking hammock I bought for the wife’s 60th. She seems to fall asleep effortlessly in it 😊. Only comment would be that the ‘nipples’ on the joining struts are very tight for her to push in when assembling / de assembling the frame and I had to do it for her, not a reason to prevent you buying one though as the wife has got weedy fingers! The happiness team contacted me after my review (now edited to reflect this) and suggested a way to ease the pressure on the nipples if you pardon the expression!
1st class after sales service, so refreshing. I cant speak highly enough of this company and would recommend the hammock without reservation. Great product, great value, prompt delivery, passionate staff. Happy customer and birthday girl 👍👍
