Atrocious!

I have ordered a parcel and they messed up my address and the package never arrived, they don't have a phone to be called by, only mails. I sent 4 mails and none got any answers and I made a refund request with their "built-in wizard", and now Im waiting for my money.. The courier company already refunded the package to them for "wrong address".

Fiz uma encomenda no site, o dinheiro saiu-me da conta bancária e apesar disso, não chegou ao destino nem me aparece como realizada no site. Tentei contactar, não obtive resposta aos e-mails enviados, mais tarde contactei por telefone, onde fiquei 10 minutos em linha de espera até que resolvi desligar.

I received my order without complications in a couple of days, no extra charges and no inconvenience

My new mate thermos is beautiful and good quality. Also the customer service was excellent. They contacted me at once by email because my phone no was incorrect. After that the package arrived just in few days. Thanks a lot!:)

This company doesn’t take customer orders seriously.

They never delivered my order for over a month now. No communication, no refund, nothing. I called them a couple of times, said they will call back and nothing.

I ordered and never received the package, i contacted them and they told me to wait longer and are now just ignoring me. It has been over a month now. They say they can’t give my money back or send a replacement until they know where the parcel is but they aren’t doing anything to get that information. DO NOT ORDER HERE, it’s a scam.

The website won't work very well apparently. We had quite a lot trouble ordering on this website, because it said our adress was incomplete. I've checked several times and everything was complete. Suddenly it worked and we have ordered some dried fruit. Apparently the system created a postal label without my housenumber. So we were waiting and waiting for our package, and then suddenly we've got a message that the package has returned to sender because of the incomplete adress. So I requested a refund and I got one, but WITHOUT postal costs. It was absolutely NOT my fault or mistake, so I requested a FULL refund. NEVER EVER ORDERING AGAIN...

I hadn't problem with this shop.
My order arrived with no extra cost, shipping to UK takes a bit more time so you have to be more patient then usually.
Good contact with custom service as well, it's was my first time when try yerba mate, they help with making a decision what yerba mate I should try.

The first time I ordered products was March 2024. The package arrived later than expected but at least without any surprise. At the beginning of July I was expecting a new order but before being delivered I received an email from UPS saying I must pay £16 (my order was for 50£!) customs fee for being able to receive it. I contacted the company and they said they ignored it and asked me to talk to UPS UK. I did it and UPS said that the company should claim for it. I went back to the company but they insisted that they cannot do anything. The company did not inform on their website that any charge can be added. They inform that every order above £50 is coming with free delivery. I tried to find solution by phoning and contacting by e-mail to customer service, but it was a complete waste of time. They kept saying they cannot solve it, and that UPS did not provide any information to them. At the end after being a month trying to solve it, I ended up paying the extra cost and receiving the package which costed almost 25% more than expected. The worst deal ever!!!!

The company was great as long as everything with the parcels was OK. This week I expected the new order and I've received the email from UPS that I need to pay fees around £30 what is almost 50% of the order values. The company did not inform on their website that any charge can be added. They inform that every order above £50 is coming with free delivery. When I wanted to find solution of this situation and I wrote the email to customer service, the advice was contact with carrier to clarify the situation, because they may ask you to pay the duty. So, whole order cost me not £60+ but £90+. The worst deal ever.
