NOT CLEAR WITH PRICE, SOLD ME AN ITEN AND TRIED TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR IT. I bought an item yesterday 14th February priced £439, I paid for the item and hours later I received an email saying the price had increased on 1st February to £539 and they haven’t updated their catalog yet (after 14 days!!!!), offering me a price if £499 as “courtesy”. I obviously denied as I wanted the item for the price I paid for, the price advertised. They simply refunded my money saying they wouldn’t do it. Absolutely ridiculous, no respect or commitment with their costumers at all.

We phoned to explain that there was a pricing error and offer a discount to compensate. You wont be able to find a cheaper unit at this price. I am sorry that you had to put in a review even though we tried to help. Best of luck to you
I had to chase for delivery, then got an email to say now not in stock until end of feb so they are cancelling. I emailed back and said I am happy to wait until then so carry in with order…. No response! Terrible service! Feels like a con to me.

I was a bit disappointed that you did not have the item in stock. But I was was really impressed by the fact that you refunded my payment immediately after contacting me. I will definitely buy from you again in the future.
Great service, the product was exactly what I ordered, excellent price and came well packaged with no damage. Just what you want.
Bought a TV cabinet and sideboard, it was very good quality and fairly straight forward setup too. The after sales was great as I had some issue with delivery date and they sorted it right away. Well done guys!
