Ordered a bed from here, I paid for a guaranteed day. Took the Friday work, didn't arrive. Then it was "apparently" delivered on the Monday. Have been contacting them for 3 weeks and no resolution. Since had to buy one elsewhere and still not refund

I dont understand what people are ranting about. I ordered a table and bench set from noa and nani and it was distributed by jadebay. It was delivered in 4 days and I had a 2 hour time slot and could track the driver so I could carry on with my business until he arrived. The furniture was packaged extremely well and all in new perfect condition. Dont listen to all the hate...I did after my purchase and worried about it l, but there really was no need. Buy with confidence.

Fraud at its best, deliver a load of broken goods then have no customer service to liaise with. Awful goods, awful service, awful company.

Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs. Bought yhe item recieved an email that it was cancelled and then another email that it was not.

Then spent a week emailing customer service who at best reply once every two days with the same response. They apparently cannot find our order but it will be delivered. Refuse to cancel the order and refund.

Quite ridiculous how incompetent they are as a company. Have ended up going through my bank to be refunded.

Delivery and customer service is a joke, lost one of the boxes twice. Still waiting. So my kids have no beds

How do you lose a box twice.

Then on top of that expect the customer to wait weeks for a new one? Which am still waiting on.

Slow customer service but they sorted it in the end. Ordered goods from NN warehouse (subsidiary of Noa and Nani) 14 days ago. Jadebay took the payments. Connections between the 3 companies is opaque at best.

After 2 weeks of trying I got a helpful response from NNWAREHOUSE how said my messages via their customer contact button were going into their junk mail. All good now but it did take up a lot of my time.

We purchased a bathroom cabinet from Noa & Nani three weeks ago. We hadn't heard of Jadebay Ltd, until we received an email from a courier company saying that they were delivering a package from that company. So I googled them and saw these terrible reviews for Jadebay/Noa & Nani, and feared the worst. However, our experience of that company has been excellent, although it may be more to do with the courier company that they used. It is a bit curious that none of these negative reviews are on the Noa & Nani website.
At time of purchase we were told that delivery would take 7 to 14 days but we received it in just over 48 hours. We were given a 2 hour delivery time slot, which they delivered in.
The cabinet took a bit longer to put together than I expected but we are really pleased with the final product. It is not the most solid cabinet on the market but for the price it is very good. It is similar to Ikea furniture products in the way it is put together.

If I could put zero I would. Orderd a trundle bed that was advertised as pine, the only pine in it was the cheap pine slats that were so flimsy only a very small child could sleep on them. The boxes arrived all wet, filthy dirty and broken. Yo top it all off they expected me to pay to have them returned which makes no sense because I would not be any better off. They will not reply to my emails or my messages through Ebay. Disgraceful greedy company who does not deserve anyone's custom. It would take my week's pension to send these sub standard beds back. These were for my grandchildren to be able to stay with me.

I read alot of reviews on here AFTER ordering a fairy mid sleeper bed for my daughter from the Noa & Nani website and was fearing the worst.... But 2 days after ordering, we received our order efficiently, when built up we noticed the tent around the bottom of the bed was missing, I was gutted and thought I wouldnt get it, so I sent them an email regardless and 2 days later it came in the post. I understand people have had bad experiences with this company but I couldnt fault then and I was extremely lucky by the sounds I things. I now have 1 happy 5 year old! 😁

This is a fake company who have stolen money from me and I am currently collating evidence to take to the financial ombudsman. Do NOT purchase anything from this company or Nnwarehouse or Noa and Nani. They are all owned by the same person who then pretend it's the other company responsible for not sending your order. Complete scam.

Order a sleigh white single bed for my daughter, they only have sent the frame yet signed mattress as being received. No customer services number and do not respond to your emails! Have no offered any explanation to where the mattress is or offered to send a new one! I have no even opened the box’s to the bed to check the frame but from everyone else’s reviews I am not hopeful. I will be going to the bank to try get a refund as this company is FRAUD!!!

Listed cabin bed, took my money and now refuse to ship as it was a price error apparantly!
They keep saying order has been cancelled and refund issued but this is not the case!
No refund has been issued!
They are breaking a contract of sale and also holding my money.

ALSO KNOWN AS NOA AND NANI.. Im giving it 2 stars at the moment as I have had a few issues so far! I ordered the bunk bed with staircase, and after a few issues regarding delivery, finally recieved all the boxes... or so I thought. Ive received the bed frame, but instead of receiving a drawer box and staircase box, ive received 2 drawer boxes.. which means I now have double the drawers but still no staircase. So now the top bunk isn't accessible and im now over 2 weeks without a bed for my children still. Ive emailed, and will update my review accordingly when this issue is rectified and I FINALLY have a complete bed. I also have PROOF of what i recieved, and have paused my payment until this is rectified.

I ordered a single bed frame, mattress and storage for underneath - after ordering and realising that Noa and Nani go under a different name of Jadebay was worried after reading quite a few negative reviews after we had spent about £350! However I had fantastic service! Got numerous texts and emails to advise when my order would arrive - on the day was sent a 2 hour time slot and even got a call an hour before to advise when my order would arrive! Delivery driver brought in 4 boxes and asked if that was everything, scanned it all and realised I was missing one so checked and found the extra hidden away in the van! I wouldn’t have known anything was missing until I came to put together so was very grateful if this!! All of the items were easy to put together and look great - exactly as the photos! Would recommend and will be using again!

DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I ordered a bed last year and that had its hiccups. I should of learnt then. But my wife really like the drawers they sold so we gave them another go. Bare in mind they have had to change their name as noa and Nani originally were that shocking no one would buy of them, so they changed their name slightly to avoid bankruptcy at a guess. So booked a day off, delivery cancelled, I wasn’t surprised to be honest, was expecting it. Rebooked delivery today, booked another day, because I have a conveyor belt of annual leave days! I contacted them this morning before delivery who Sharon stated yes your order will be fully delivered sometime today. So time slot of 08.30-10.30 nothing, then it was 12.25-14.25 still nothing, 18:15 grumpy miserable delivery driver turned up with half of the delivery....... I was not happy bare in mind I was assured my delivery was coming in full. His excuse....... only one item arrived at the depot, yet noa and nani-jadebay assured me profusely that my items would come in full. Now stuck as they don’t answer their stupid o2 mobile phone, and they take days to get back to you. This company wants destroying. Absolute disgrace, they are lying deceitful and do not care for customer after care

I recently bought a table from Noa and Nani, the shipment was fast but they sent the wrong item.
I have contacted customer services on many occassions but have not received a reply.
I DO NOT recommend buying from Nao and Nani or Jadebay. Avoid!
