They won't offer partial refunds for damaged prints even when the replacement is less $
I got a damaged print and they offered a free replacement, however, in order to make sure the damage didn't happen again I needed to select a different paper. That paper was cheaper than what I paid for. However, they refused to refund me the difference. Not a good experience as a customer at all! I won't be a customer again nor do I personally recommend Simply Framed. I was very understanding about getting a replacement when I should've pushed for a refund because the quality was not good overall. I should've listened to the Wirecutter. They were right, the color of their prints is very poor.
