So far so good
So far so good. We have only been sitting on Hector for two evenings but everything looks hunky dory, just what we had hoped for and expected. I suppose we don't know yet how it will withstand everyday living but it looks robust so fingers crossed. The delivery firm were excellent too.

Excellent Customer Service
The communication from Simply Chesterfields was excellent and all my enquiries and requests were acted on speedily and professionally. The quality of the to velvet-covered chesterfields we bought is superb and they look so luxurious in our sitting room. We found the sofas a little high and when I explained the problem to Finn immediately organised new, lower feet at no extra cost. That’s what I call customer-service!

What a brilliant company
What a brilliant company! The sofa’s are fantastic (I’ve got two now, and bought the 2nd one because the first was so good!), but the really fantastic thing is their level of customer service. From my initial enquiry, through to getting samples, notifying me of the build process, right through to a great delivery, they excelled in every way. It’s just a shame I don’t need to buy a third one - the experience was that good!

Good service
We moved house 6 months ago and really wanted a set of chesterfields for our new home. After a bit of research and a couple of false starts, we contacted Simply Chesterfields and they were great from start to finish. From the first day that we called them to delivery of the sofas, they communicated well with us throughout the process. We have had the sofas now for 3 months, and the quality of the leather and construction are excellent. The sofas are luxurious and very comfortable. Our only advice to future buyers is to make sure access into the room which will house the sofas is good, and be prepared to take doors off!! We cannot recommend them enough!!

Really happy with my 3 seater Elsa Chesterfield, well made and looks gorgeous. Communication and customer service was very good, I enquired about castor feet and footstools and Finn sent me pictures and prices and gave advice. Would definitely recommend.

Customer Service and Craftsmanship at its very best.
I ordered 2 Flora Sofas in dove grey velvet. Finn made one in a bespoke size to ensure it fitted. I also asked for 4 matching scatter cushions and the feet to be supplied in a different colour. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service at its very best. Delivery was polite and efficient. The sofas are beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Darcy sofa
We wanted two chesterfield sofas, but preferably ones where the large scrolled arms didn't take up a lot of space. I found Simply Chesterfields' "Darcy" model online.
Given it was a pretty large purchase we were keen to see the sofas before buying online, which Finn was able to let us do once they had something similar that was ready.
We are very happy with the customer service and the resulting sofas and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simply Chesterfields.

Remarkable attention to detail
Purchased two Alfred Chesterfelds. The retailer sent us over a dozen swatches beyond its standard range to enable us to closely match an existing chair, then (unprompted) made recommendations away from the basic options to also match feet and metal studs. The genuinely hand made quality is fantastic and the match remarkable. Six weeks to the day and the delivery experience was also five star.

Simply Chesterfields -Tillie 4 Seat Sofas
We ordered x2 Tillie 4 Seat Sofas in Atlantic Blue Funky Chord. As we had only received swatch samples and the order process was all online we were admittedly nervous - However the communication was very good which reassured us and the return policy gave us further confidence. The x 2 sofas arrived yesterday as promised and we are really pleased with the look and the quality so would have no problem highly recommending Simply Chesterfields

Superb company and customer service
This is a superb company. I ordered a beautiful 3 seater sofa. Delivery was late due to unforeseen circumstances, however, I was kept updated. After delivery I unfortunately noticed a small hole in the corner of the sofa which may have been due to being caught on something on scraped against a hard surface. Before I even had a chance to ring the company, I was called by Finn to ask for feedback on delivery and the sofa itself. I explained about the damage and sent over a photo. Within 48 hours Finn and his dad, Glenn, drove back to my house, did a 7 hour round trip to repair the sofa and redeliver the same day. Can’t fault the high level of customer service. Damages happen but it is how they are dealt with that matters and I am super impressed with Finn and his team for rectifying the problem so quickly and professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
