Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. From start to finish they were absolutely excellent. Ben really helped manage the whole chain to ensure everything kept moving and stayed together. Notably better service than other estate agents in the chain. Honestly couldn’t recommend them more - they earn every penny of their commission.

Ben was amazing! He helped us through the whole process explaining everything very clearly. As first time buyers this was a daunting process but it couldn’t have been handled better. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Ben from Simply Homes was brilliant from start to finish, I loved how he was pro active and just got things going. He didn’t sit and wait for someone to see my house on the internet. I can not fault him and he is the only estate agent I would ever use of recommend

Highly efficient and effective
Simply Homes is a highly efficient and effective Estate Agency.
They sold my house within days and then efficiently followed through the sale until completion. Not only did they have potential clients lined up, they also helped to make it a very smooth process.
We would not hesitate in recommending them. We certainly could not have done this without their invaluable help. And always done with a smile too!

A fantastic Service
I bought my house from Ben some years ago and we are now looking to move again I will not use anybody else to sell my house. Always a fantastic service and a very approachable young man. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for the right agent to sell their house.

A highly recomended personal service…
A highly recomended personal service with staff that go the extra mile. A great deal of effort went into the sale of my property, their real strengths include really good high-quality photos, good organisation with feedback given after each viewing. They also advertise your property on substantially more property search engines than others (ie. not jyst zoopla). Would deffinitely use them again when the time comes.
