Pretty sure this is a scam website, none of the contacts work, and I can't seem to see a way to cancel the subscription. It's very troubling and the product itself is pretty dreadful.

Hoping to find a way to cancel asap!

I wish I could give a negative 5 score. Total SCAM!!! It was too late when I saw the biller was not simpleslides.co when I was billed from a Soulmate Medium LLC and their website is actually readings at relationshippsychic.co.

If you look for how to contact them, they couldn't even put the email address in a real format. The site is obviously really good at the disguising themselves to not get caught by web crawlers or something is amiss.

It was late when I saw the reviews about Simple Slides. I signed-up on the 3 day trial to see the actual slides, when I realized that the product did not meet my expectations, I decided to cancel the account in less than an hour after I signed-up, then status changed to "Pending Cancellation", I cannot find any Customer Service Number for assistance. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT Site, they trick their customers into thinking that it's a trial and eventually you won't be able to cancel and then they take your money. I would bet my bottom dollar this company would not make it big. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

I came across ‘simple slides’ by pure chance, browsing YouTube aimlessly. I don’t normally pay any attention to promoting comments, since there is so much out there, but someone motioned ‘simple slides’ and something made me to have a quick look at the website. I was truly impressed by what ‘simple slides’ offer for a very affordable price. For the first time in my life I made a purchase from an unknown website, concerned if the establishment was for real, and I am glad I did. Even if I never needed to use the slides for work (so many great tempaltes), I would still want to have all the slides . I can only imagine how much work it must’ve taken, regardless the expertise, to put it all together. ‘SIMPLE SLIDES', you are a great, decent bunch of people, with excellent customer service (sorry for being a difficult customer...). I wish you all the success!

Fraud website. Don't get cheated.
I purchased the premium package of $99 and checked the courses.
Just set of pre-recorded lectures. When I emailed them, these guys refuse to refund stating that I have downloaded the slides when I didn't even download a single slide.

Please save your money guys. Don't get cheated

Terrible experience (not recommended)

I had checked out your landing page several times and also their instructional videos.

I purchased the premium pack and opened the download page.

They advertise that there are so many slides that can be downloaded, but I was going through the slides right now and found out that the style of design is very different from what is offered in the site, I am extremely disappointed. Everything looks like those free slides you can find anywhere.

Adding to this, I was expecting user friendly navigation to download specific slides that I would need when the moment comes.
There is no navigation AT ALL! I need to download everything in order to find any specific slide, this is terrible. It's easier to navigate on the sales page than it is on the downloads, this is very deceiving.
I believe the UX and navigation is terrible and needs the most work in order for this product to be useful and not only gain from the selling but making this as a useful tool for the consumer.

I will simply say my expectation was not met. I expected a video guide on how to create super slides attached.

Simple Slides offers great value for money, and the variety of slides, infographics, templates, etc is extensive. They promise you monthly updates and they deliver on this promise. I have used a number of the templates already for my work presentations and my colleagues have been very impressed. Great for someone like myself who is not too creative.

I think more instructions less video on how the system works from top to bottom are merited considering the steep price for the content. Several times I have had to ask support (who is quick to respond) simple questions, but in many cases they just send me another video as a solution. How do licenses work? What are uses of the different content in the folders? Why are some items zipped and others not/are they the same? Some instructions do not apply to current versions of Google Slides for example, There could be a lot richer knowledgebase for purchasers, and if it takes too much time for that then at least have a user forum so we could help each other with questions. Also, I work for a school and bought this to use between a couple faculty members, At purchase, I didn't see I could have received a discount, but mentioned that after purchase and nobody helped me.

Not found variety and value for money. Better reasonable options are available.

They have some good slides. However, being a paid service, I expect perfection. Some of the slides had text wrapping issues. Also the download content was not properly packaged with lot of duplicate slides being available. I sincerely believe that they could do better. A lot of slides were same content with different colour combinations or themes.

We should be able to search on website and download whatever we require rather than juggling in all that you send

Limited choice and most slide are very similar. Most slides are picture which limit the flexibility to change and edit to suit our slide. Can you consider to add flags icon for all countries?

I really like the slides and have already used many components. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make them easier to locate. There are currently several slide sets in the top package and finding the one you want isn't always easy. But overall worth every penny of the price!

Thank you so much simple slides. You made my life a whole lot easier. Your courses are very much helpful most especially your advance courses in Masterclass. With the help of your templates, I can now create my presentation like a pro in just a little time.

I could find neither 10000+ slides in number nor the 1000+ unique designs.

It's just the same outline designs with change in colour and size. Some of these are difficult to edit too.

I can't mention how disappointed with number of icons offered and their designs and colours.

Majority of the designs developed using the same icons.

Overall way below my expectations.

3 stars for the value for money.

I haven't gone through the training videos yet. But the one's I received on email as updates, I didn't like them.
