I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a while now. Their link does not work and they make it intentionally difficult to do so.

I was a paying customer of SlidesAI
I was a paying customer of SlidesAI, but trying to cancel my subscription turned into a nightmare. The cancellation link is deliberately made unclickable inside their interface. It's a classic dark pattern — they make it easy to sign up, but almost impossible to leave.
Even after inspecting the code, there was no real link. Just a fake button with JavaScript triggers and no transparency. I had to write a direct email just to ask for a basic human right: the ability to cancel my subscription.
If they charge my card again, I will dispute it as fraud.
This is not how ethical companies operate.
Avoid SlidesAI. There are better, more transparent tools out there that won’t trap you behind shady UX tricks.

Significant Lack of Visual Consistency
My experience with slidesai.com was disappointing. The generated slide deck lacked any sense of visual consistency. Each slide felt like it belonged to a completely different presentation, with clashing colours, disparate design elements, and unrelated images. This resulted in a chaotic and unprofessional appearance. The inconsistency was so significant that it made me question the product's readiness. At a minimum, users should expect a cohesive design from an AI-powered slide generator.

slides.ai they try to charge your card after you cancel their subscription. I have tried contacting them many times but nobody replies.

Slides.ai probably fraud....
...after upgrading to a paid version there was no "effect", i. e. the upgrade did not happen. A contact to slides.ai - or paddle, who are obviously managing the contact - did not lead to any reaction....; I suspect this is fraud!?

Shotty site, very glitching, incomplete build
Not sure if this site was set up as a way to scam people out of money, but after paying for their service and experience a lot of glitching and faulty design, I was not able to contact anyone for support because their Intercom chat wasn't working.
Don't use this site. You can't make a complete pitch deck because some features don't work and some features are not complete.
