Andrew has been extremely helpful throughout the process. He was always there to answer all questions and would regularly check in with us to ensure we were happy with everything. He is unique in that his service is personalised and he went above and beyond for us. He took time to really listen and understand our current position and goals. He is very knowledgeable and articulate in explaining things simply and without using jargons. He secured us a better rate for our home loan and also got us an investment loan for our first investment property.

I would like to say, William from simple property lending did an amazing job at sorting out my first home loan. He was able to give me exceptional advice on everything to do with home loans which really helped give me an insight on how these big banks work. I would highly recommend William to anyone who is looking to get a loan, make my words he will be calling you at any time of the day but he is wanting to help you from the bottom of his heart, he really just wants you to succeed and wants to help you get a loan.

William was a professional, and supported my partner and I throughout the whole process. Got us the best deal and is continuing to support us now 6 months into our loan. Couldn’t be happier with the service, will be dealing with the simple property team again in the future.
