The good: Really quick in communication. They come back quick with solutions for your needs. Max was the best in terms of giving me a solution to my business loan and not going through so many hoops. He was communicating throughout and always followed up a call with an email and kept me in the loop at all times. We got the deal done to get the loan prior to receiving the asset.
The okay: We ended up having to reduce and pay out of pocket for the extras that I thought were included such as protection. It resulted in having to deal with the car company directly to sort out payment for that separately.
The bad: Jade is very vague in regards to showing you the loan details and was not upfront in regards to how much everything will cost, especially in regards to interest rates.
They tend to get you the loan but you may be paying a lot on interest for the service and sometimes the broker fee, which isn't mentioned until the end. If you want upfront transparency, this might not be the best for you. I needed the loan and didn't have a choice so I didn't complain.
Would I go back? Yes, but cautiously.

Absolutely beyond belief in the most negative way! I would never recommend Jade to anyone. Very similar to a review I have now just read

From start to finish of loan application (and by finish I mean we cancelled the application) it was 17 days!

I was told my application was unconditionally approved numerous times and going to settlement on several occasions. I was doing a comparison with a bank offer and repeatedly asked for the % rate and monthly repayment amount only to be told they did not know at that stage. Even when the offer did come through direct from their proposed lender, Jade still could not tell me this information.

Plenty of promises but under delivering in customer service from start to finish and then to get offered a loan at over 4 times the bank rate was insulting.

17 wasted days of continually chasing them up to get a result like that. Obviously I took our original offer over this one.

If I could give a ZERO star rating that's what I would give them.

First of all, it was easy to connect and talk to a real person without having to go through endless talk about going online or downloading apps. I talked to a person straight off the bat. Neil understood what I wanted and made it very easy. I have a complex salary package, and other lenders (NAB) found it difficult to understand exactly what my disposable income really was. But Niel understood my payslip, my explanations and was able to relay it to the lender, which made my life way easier. Overall, it was just refreshing to talk to someone who knew what they were doing. I was very happy with the service

Warning.. jade finance in run by a bunch of inexperienced nitwits they are keen as to get all your details and credentials to only disappear and have no contact with you.. almost feels like a scam ... Be very careful...
