Our liquidators are authorised by the country's largest insolvency regulator, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We are also members of the Insolvency Practitioners' Association and R3, the insolvency trade body.

Good company to deal with.
Overall a good experience. I was offered a very competitive price for liquidating. The initial service and guidance was very good. If I was to be critical I would say that there was a period of time when I didn't know what was happening and some proactive comms might have been handy for someone not familiar with the process. However, I was able to pick up the phone and get the answers I needed and once things were well underway things were communicated well.

This process took longer than anticipated, and there were moments when I worried it might be a scam. While I acknowledge my own elusiveness in direct contact contributed to delays, once we were in sync, the team truly went above and beyond to finalize everything. Really glad I chose Simple Liquidation
I wasn’t sure about not using a more traditional company for my voluntary liquidation but I’m really pleased I went with Simple Liquidation.
