Our liquidators are authorised by the country's largest insolvency regulator, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We are also members of the Insolvency Practitioners' Association and R3, the insolvency trade body.

Wonderful company to deal with
Wonderful company to deal with. I cant recommend Lewella enough. Obviously it is a very stressful and unpleasant experience having to close down your company. Lewella immediately put me at ease and explained the whole process in a clear and concise manner. I literally felt a huge weight off my shoulders. She really is a credit to the company. I mean it in the nicest possible way though that i hope I won't require your services again but you never know. :)

It’s not a easy process closing down your company, it’s taken me over 6 months to do it, they did help me, I would recommend them, best price as well by far

Excellent service for MVL
Our MVL was sorted in a timely fashion without loads of fuss. The web portal to gather info worked well and was easy to use. We were kept up to date with progress and it was always clear where we had to do something. Thanks very much to Georgie and team at Simple Liquidation.

5 Stars - Turned a Stressful Process Into Something Manageable
The Simply Liquidation team transformed what could have been an incredibly stressful and unpleasant experience into one where we felt supported and looked after at every stage.
During what was already a very difficult phase in our lives, they took away so much of the pain and anxiety.

very patient and supportive…
Lewis was very patient and supportive during the data gathering process which in my case was not always easy. He guided me through some of the more difficult aspects of the liquidation and was always responsive when I asked questions. All in all a good experience, not really something a business owner would want to do, but if you are in that position then these guys are good at what they do......

A Good Experience
I found Simple Liquidations to be easy and effective. I had a deadline to meet and the company made sure my company was liquidated within that deadline. The policy of reducing the balance sheet to zero by paying out available funds meant that we got the money much more quickly than was likely from the alternative liquidators who provided quotes. Also the associated legal fees were much lower (£50 vs £1,200)
