I placed an order on September 4th. I have not received and information from them. The only thing I seen is where they took out of my bank account i tried to email them and it came back. This is sounding mighty fishy
Clothing description does not match product.
Ordered per description & picture: 2 thigh length knit sweater coats for outdoor wear with jean trimming.
Received: a cheaply made corduroy Jean shirts.
Highly recommend not ordering from this company. Now fighting for refund.
The ad claimed to be a Talbot garment. I checked to be sure it was returnable and the site said it was. I got the cheap material, poorly made not sized correctly piece weeks after I ordered it. Have been trying for three weeks to return it. Now I have to pay $20 postage and wait at least a month for a refund. This company sucks.
Simpleara is an online website using the name of Talbots, a nearly century-old American fashion retailer, to hook in customers who think they are buying items made or sold by Talbot's. THIS IS FRAUD. Don't buy anything from this online scam site. I've been a Talbot's customer for decades, and they would never sell what this site has for sale.
There should be an option for a zero star! The quality of the product is garbage! When I enquired about a return - I was told to donate it to a person in need and I would get a 15% discount on my next purchase! Not a chance I will waste time or money on this site! I kick myself for not reading the reviews prior to my purchase. Lesson learned
This company had an advertisement on a game site on my mobile phone. the Ad begins by indicating that Talbots is having a 70% off sale. It then pictured a lovely looking denim and cloth light jacket. When I went to check out this product for purchase the listing then changed from Talbots to simpleara.com. The product arrived and it was so cheap looking that it was unsightly. When I wrote asking to do a return they gave me a round around, asked me for photographs of the product and receipts. I did all this only for them to say I could not return it but they would give me 15% off on another purchase. Needless to say I would not purchase anything from them after this experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. I believe they are located in China.
