Don't even try to order something from them, they're a big scams..
I ordered a pair of sandals which I never received and I paid for it. I communicate with them a few times with no results. Is been a list 5 month since then and nothing has happened.

I ordered sandals which were under the Nordstrom brand . First, the order took nearly two months to receive. When received, they were no where near the product advertised. When asked return policy, I was promptly told I would have to incur shipping cost of $20. Suggested I donate the item and enjoy a 15 or 20% discount on my next purchase, AS IF.
No way. Stay away from these better than believable buys. I’m off these gimmicks, I suggest you do the same.

I ordered a pair of shoes and didn't like them, I wanted a refund. The company made it difficult for me to get a refund ie... send pictures of shoes, and barcode. After I did that they said they couldn't refund my money because returning the shoes was too costly. I'll never buy anything from this company again.

This company advertised shoes as though they were sold at Nordstrom. The shoes were supposed to be orthopedic and looked to be of excellent quality. What a received was a cheap pair of shoes with a styrofoam sole that did not at all resemble what was advertised. They wouldn’t let me return the product without me having to pay a high shipping cost. They tried to give me a discount so I disputed the sale through PayPal. That was two months ago and the issue has still not been resolved. This is fraudulent advertising.

I would give them zero. I can find the same product on Amazon and they will actually take the return! So much easier. I may never order from anyone else again.

The communication is extremely poor. I am highly dissatisfied and am going in circles trying to find how to return my purchase. I will not be using them again.

I truly wish I would have known who I was ordering from and been able to review the company in advance. The items I received were mis-represented and were not at all what I expected. Even though it said money back guarantee, they did not stand behind their product or their advertising. In oder to return the product they wanted another $20 and expected the refund to take a month.

As I went tot the website without their link, there is a warning that they mis-represent their products.

This company is horrible, they took my money sent an extremely poor product and now refuse to refund my money. They are scammers and crooks!!!! I have contacted them several times and they refuse to refund my money!!! I am looking to take legal action!!!!!

What not Nordstrom? I ordered from this scam. It went from Nordstrom to goolinkx. And I fell for it. Ordered shoes. Took nearly a month to get them. They said it was an orthopedic sandal. They had no arch support. Want to return them and I was told I could get 10% back. I gave them to the needy and called my VISA company and they got my money back!!

Ordered pair of sandals-upon reading the final disclosure order to be processed 3-5days(business days!) then 4wks business days!!! I was given site to track my package, coming out from China(not aware as the ad was for Nordstrom) last place when I checked was being shipped. When I clicked the site for the service, unable to open is what I got! No merchandise came after almost two months neither did I get any response to email. I suspected fraud for any of the products sold - saddened as the ad was posted under the flagship of Nordstrom.

I ordered two pairs of sandals, orange and blue, for my son's wedding. When they arrived, they were unwearable. The elastic in the back strap (not shown in the product photograph) was too flimsy to hold the shoes on my feet. The sandals were made of a thick cardboard that had no bend in them. The shoes were going straight to Goodwill. I wrote it off as a stupid mistake on my part. However, when I returned from the wedding, I was met with three more shipments of the same shoes - 5 new pairs in total. I am being charged for 7 pairs of worthless sandals, five of which I never ordered. Goolinkx is refusing to take any responsibility. PLEASE DON'T GET FOOLED LIKE I DID!!!

The ad for goolinx shoes is fraudulent. The company uses photos of other brands of shoes. They show a fine quality leather sandal, not unlike Taos brand.
Goolinxes sandals are plastic when they advertise that they are leather.

I placed an order for a pair of orthopedic sandals. I paid$38.99 +$8.99 shipping in late Jun or Aug. I still haven’t received them (8/1/26). SCAMMERS!

I purchased some shoes from this company the shoe were to big I tried to exchange or get a refund I was told I couldn't exchange or get a refund..they offer s 20% on purchasing another pair why would I purchased another pair this company is located overseas they advised me to send my purchased back would be to expensive..so why would purchased another pair from them..they advertise as if they represent a store located in USA...they don't

I ordered some sandals. It took over 5 weeks to receive them, and I tried to cancel my order 3 times. When they arrived, the product wasn't exactly as pictured, and very poor quality, cheaply made. (made in China). I wanted to send them back, and they refused, saying I could order another pair with a 20% discount!! They advertise as "Nordstroms". Do not buy from this company, ever!

Shoes were too large and definitely larger than my other shoes supposedly of the same size. The company was unwilling to stand behind their product and refused accepting a return, claiming we should order another pair in a smaller size at a 20% discount. Been wearing the same size shoes for decades so it's obvious the shoes run large!

Identity theft. You think you are buying from more trustworthy retailer and as previous reviews have noted, you get ripped off with shoddy, inferior products. Do not support this fraudulent company by throwing away your hard earned money. I comment because their ads keep showing up in my feeds.

This is a fraudulent company that ships inferior product and refuses to abide by its stated return policy. I tried to return product and despite several communications whereby they attempted to”negotiate” a reduced credit and refused to accept a return. I have posted numerous complaints to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The company does not stand by its products. I tried to return the sandals I bought that has a defective left sandal.

I have been jumping through multiple hoops, emails, measurements, pictures etc. They made it very clear on day 1 , that China is far away & cost to mail is high. I sent them all the pictures & paperwork’s they requested. I mention on day 1 that the left shoe was defective They came back & said we do not accept returns unless they are defective. They asked for more information & measurements. I refuse to jump another hoop. Don’t buy from this company.

I ordered a top and a pair of shoes. The top came with a stain on it, and also was too big. The shoes were too large. Trying to return them is the virtually impossible. They wanted pics, I sent and then said nothing wrong and offered a 10% refund on my $80+ order. I will NEVER do anything with them again. I'm still waiting.
