Settling Tank
Splendid service and value as always. However, unfortunately the valve on the honey settling tank leaks.
No quibbles from Simon and the valve is being replaced immediately. Cannot fault the customer service. Upgraded to 4 stars!

Hi Hugh, apologies the valve is leaking. I can see that you contacted us this morning regarding the issue, once confirmed we will get a replacement part sent out if necessary.
