Very poor in communication, my case was passed on to different people and in the end they didn’t manage to get any money back for me. They didn’t even contact me to tell me they had lost my case.

They were very quick to respond and they came with the paperwork to sign the day after and they said as soon as they recieved the documents they would start to look into it whether I am successful or not at least I tried one thing I have learned is never change your pension into a sipp
