During an accident claim for injury I had at least four different solicitors assigned over a year because they kept leaving. Settlement was agreed they had money from the other party which had been sat in their account for at least four weeks. I sent numerous emails asking what was going on and no one has even bothered to reply. I'm still waiting for them to pay me my settlement. I've now made a formal complaint but don't hold out much hope in it being investigated.

This firm was hired to deal with a settlement- but after two years, they failed to make progress -,and closed the case! Saying their lawyer were upset because l said l was “pissed off” by their failure to build a rapport with the defendants. And l am neurodivergent- but their policy doesn’t allow for customer’s expression of disappointment. Even when reinforced by 2x Counsel’s opinions. And their lawyers apparently don’t have company phones, ie phones, that connect yiu and your concerns with their legal lawyers, or opinion on case handling! Indeed no phones meant that their lawyers belong to firm were suspect! And Lawyers working on your case! Just left! And in my case all lawyers were sacked, left or just disappeared - with no explanation. But they did seal court records so you could find out what the real reasons were for them being “sacked”or removed from case! And still awaiting from the insurance who hired them, Arc and LV!
