Sophie Brown was excellent throughout the sale and purchase. We were kept up to date at all times and everything was dealt with very quickly. We can recommend Sophie to anyone buying and selling a house.
Thank you it has been a pleasure to deal with Sophie
We finally got around to writing our wills after many years of putting it off as we thought it would be costly and also difficult. We got in touch with Haydens via the free wills initiative and were glad we did. We actually used the charity wills incentive so we are able to leave a small donation in our wills to our chosen charity but it meant the cost of writing the joint wills was nil. The process was also very simple. We had a video call with Nicola Evans, who was excellent throughout, to discuss our needs and then made an appointment to sign and have the wills witnessed. It couldn't have been easier and we will now be recommending Nicola, and Haydens, to our family and friends. Highly recommended for making the whole process so simple we wish we had done it sooner.....
We chose Hayden Solicitors to do our conveyancing (sale only) and were glad we did. The process was handled well from the outset - they were responsive, communicative and got on with the job at a decent pace. Sophie also gave advice during a couple of tricky points that came up during the sale. The cost (determined via our estate agent & sales progression company) was quite competitive too. Would be happy to use them again and recommend them to others. Well done and thank you team Hayden.
