Paid for eSim for Portugal, not arrived emailed Simcorner support no reply. Completed contact firm , no reply..
I se Simcorner to not respond to reviews left here - a bad sign (worse that any negative review in my experience)

I have used Sim corner before and it…

I have used Sim corner before and it was excellent. My experience this time however was terrible. My wife was in Scotland and extended her stay so she needed a new esim (as 30 day would expire). As the ship has no wifi she wanted to add the new eSim whilst in a post rather than waiting for it to expire. We didn't know you couldn't add two SimCorner eSims at the same time (the first must be deleted). She deleted the first (with 5 days remaining) then the new one wouldn't activate. After about 10 messages to Daniel (AI or human?) who didn't ever answer my questions clearly I gave up and purchased a Airalo data sim which loaded. So it means that I wasted $50+ on the Sim corner eSim

I just needed to be told clearly
1) You can't load a new eSim until you delete the old one
2) Don't try to add the new one multiple times

It is all very well to be told to wait until the old one expires but if at sea without wifi you are left without anything.

I will never use SimCorner again
