This is the second time I have used sim corner. I had two 12GB Sim cards for my trip for 7 weeks. Both were excellent and even worked for data while transiting through Singapore. Would not hesitate to use again. Great support if you have a question as well.

Sim card was all set up 3 months from departure to USA.On arrival changed my sim 1 to sim 2 and restarted phone.Sim wasnt connecting.I was able to find some free WiFi and emailed the address on the confirmation email.Got no reply and ended up.finding a support email
address.Within 3 minutes had a reply and stating thet would pass my sim card number to.their activation department and get it sorted.Within the hour i was up and running...so customer service was excellent and no problems with sim on my 3 week trip.I will use again but just to say if anyone does have issues its the support email you need...not system.email

I've been using SIMcorner for my last several trips and I have always been satisfied. On the occasions that it hasn't worked (error on my end), they've gone above and beyond to help me out, whatever the time zone I happen to be in. Excellent customer service and great value!

I am happy to say that SIMCorner offers a great service. While It was a delayed response and frustrating that email and an AI chat was the only immediate way to get through to the team. Especially when they offer 24/7 service, that could be improved. However, when I finally got through they were a company that offered goodwill, and took care of their customers providing the service, rather than looking at restricting responsibility. I’m thrilled.

I have left it a bit late but I have paid for express shipping - 4 business days so it should arrive the day before I travel.
I believe I can use the UK sim in Germany also - automatically switches to a German Network . Here's hoping!

It was just so easy to order without going through a whole lot of rigmarole and add ons etc.

Last year we bought 3, one-month sim cards to use in Europe over 3 months. By July last year, we realised we weren't going to Europe from Asia and contacted SimCorner to see if we could use the sims this year.
I contacted them today and they agreed that the sim cards were totally useable and, after I gave them the dates for commencement of each of the 3 cards (beginning August 28th), they immediately got back with confirmation. A truly comfortable and helpful experience. We will definitely use them again in the future.
