Restored to like new with wonderful attention to detail and care
I entrusted a very important and to me an emotionally Valuable goblet to SilverTrophy.com to be re-silver plated.
Worried about it’s safety and how it would work and having sent photos, I was supported through from assessment to it being re-plated and then returned to me.
It looks incredible and as it would have been when it was given to the most important person in my life, now unfortunately deceased.
I cannot recommend SilverTrophy.com highly enough and hope that if you need a similar service that you too will entrust your valuables items to their care.

excellent service and incredibly quick!
I called Silvertrophy at 5pm on a Wednesday to enquire about last minute trophies having been let down by another supplier.
Olivia at Silvertrophy was extremely helpful and showed me what glass trophies they had in stock.
By Thursday morning I had been sent a proof of how the trophies would look engraved (including our company logo). The proof was promptly approved and all trophies arrived on Friday before midday for an event that started at 1pm.
Huge thanks to Olivia who was responsive and attentive throughout.
We are very impressed and will use this company again.

Happy with my purchase
The trophy I ordered is of a good quality, nice and solid and the engraving is sharp. The trophy arrived the day after I ordered it at no extra cost. I had some questions before I ordered, which Silvertrophy answered quickly and helpfully by email. Overall very happy with the product and service.

OUTSTANDING!!! I ran across their website while looking for trophies for my unions golf outing. They had a wide selection of products. After I ordered I found the company was based in the UK. Olivia was fantastic she worked with me. The proofs were amazing she sent, I placed our order. I most definitely will be ordering yearly for our golf outings.

I order 10 medals ribbons and boxes and…
I order 10 medals ribbons and boxes and 1 arrived for an event I called and explained. So we had to engraved the one and send it out and award the same one to 10 people which was quite embarrassing this was our first order.
They did send the remainder which we had to send on after the event had taken place and post out to individuals at our expense which actually cost more in post than the medals.

As discussed on the phone, we are very apologetic that only part of your order was despatched. This was a genuine mistake on our behalf and we did try to rectify this for you by suggesting we complete the engraving in house rather than sending it elsewhere to be engraved.
We have accepted responsibility for the mistake and had we have known you had to post them out individually we would have been more than happy to complete this for you.
As this was a rushed order there wasn't any spare days to help rectify in time for your event, it being the very next day and someone else completing the engraving to send on. We sent out the remaining awards as soon as possible that very day.
Once again we are sorry for any embarrassment caused and should you be willing to give us a second chance, we will ensure your order is correct - as it is with the majority of our customers and their positive feedback.

An award to honour my late Mum
My Mum passed away after a dignified and courageous battle with cancer and I wanted to find an award to honour my late Mum - something that would be totally befitting for the annual winner who had gone above and beyond their role as a palliative nurse/carer. I knew exactly what I wanted - an Angel. I searched websites in both New Zealand (where I live) and Australia but found nothing suitable. I tasked my husband to find what I was looking for and he discovered Silvertrophy who had the Angel I was looking for! I contacted Silvertrophy to enquire about the possibility of sending this to New Zealand and received an immediate response from the wonderful Olivia who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble, right from the artwork engraving proof to the packaging and dispatching of the award. Olivia kept a close eye on the tracking of the award and kept me up to date on its whereabouts. One is always a little worried about ordering items online but when the award arrived, it exceeded my expectations - it is truly beautiful and perfect for this prestigious award. Thank you to both Silvertrophy for such a professional website with the highest calibre of presentation awards and Olivia for your efficient and friendly handling of this special order. I can't wait to put my Mum's Angel on display!

In an era when a few clicks on a…
In an era when a few clicks on a website provide instant gratification, good old fashioned personal service is a rarity! However, there are many who live in areas where there is limited choice who must depend on on-line shopping to obtain the specific articles they are looking for – in my case, a ‘traditional’ English silver cup to present to a school on the island of Penang.
For me three things were paramount. The first was to be given complete and accurate information on the items of interest. The second was to be persuaded that the vendors, located the other side of the earth and of whom I knew very little, would deliver the quality expected with a secure and trustworthy payment system. Finally, flexibility and dedication to service to take care of all the details, whether a customisation of the order or simple logistics such as getting it safely to Malaysia in the COVID age!
By all these measures SILVERTROPHY.com shines out (pun intended!)
Firstly, they have a comprehensive website which illustrates the range of their products through high quality visuals, intelligent anticipation of the questions and needs of the customer and useful ideas for assisting in the selection of the most appropriate trophy. Secondly, the immediate response and follow-up of their sales/customer service team (who don’t seem to restrict themselves to normal working hours, if my World Time calculations are correct!) who followed through until they were sure of the final delivery. Olivia Hall and your colleagues, please take a bow!
And, of course, the cup itself and the bespoke engraving were superb in every way!
