What a lovely experience from start to finish.
Well laid out website, placed the order and received auto confirmation followed by a personal email from Olivia confirming receipt with the artwork to approve. I approved it and was assured the trophy would be engraved and posted that night. A few hours later I had confirmation that it had been collected and was on its way. It arrived the following day and was absolutely perfect. Beautifully engraved, neat and tidy job, well packaged, great comms and a lovely piece of silverware to commemorate a well loved member of the Club.
I would highly recommend Silver Trophy. Thank you

Highly Recommend!
Highly Recommend! Ordered both the Silver Plated Georgian Prestige Trophy Cup and Silver Plated Patriot Award on Round Base, which are both of amazing quality and the engraving is extremely neat.
Delivery was very quick and efficient and Olivia who I was dealing with was great and kept me updated with my order and was happy to provide me with a variety of design ideas for the engraving!
Will definitely be using Silvertrophy.com again in the future!

A perfect service
I needed two medals custom engraved for an event and i needed then with a three day turn around. Not only did Silvertrophy make it easy, they even delivered my medals a day before i needed them. I certainly wasn't expecting them to be so quick. There communication was clear and prompt, i highly reccomend them as they delivered above and beyond my expectations.

Swatkins cups which Silvertrophy.com produce are by far the best out there. The quality is exceptional, as are the people who work there. This was my 2nd order and both orders have been fantastic - classic, quality cups, beautifully engraved and with an astonishingly fast turnaround time. Fantastic Customer Service response
Ordered a trophy with engraving. It came with engraving omitted. On ringing that day (Friday) they said it'll be picked up on Monday which it was. It was returned completed on Wednesday
I wish other companies could rectify there mistakes with such speed and good grace

A true professional with empathy
My journey began with seeking a trophy manufacturer for an emotional tribute to my father, who was a paddler in the 1960 Olympics and participated in the sport he loved until his 90s. Olivia understood the importance of this trophy to me and showed sincere empathy while we were working together. No doubt there were times she could have thrown her hands in the air with exasperation. My requirements were specific and I made many, many requests, which led to a bespoke design, all done by Olivia. After months of design work, I decided to revert to the off-the-shelf version. I was anxious I'd not reach the point of seeing it through, and I owe it to Olivia for sticking it out with me until the very end! Thank you, Olivia.

Disappointed with the size of the text. It should have been highlighted that text size is only 12 fonts. The text is not easy to read.

This is disappointing to read and we feel 1 star is unfair for the service you received.
Firstly, you received an artwork layout proof. On that proof shows the amount of space allocated to the engraving section. That is a clear highlight to how large or small your text will be engraved. At this stage we ask if you wish to make any changes, you replied with the go ahead. We engraved to your exact instructions.
I personally ensured your order was prioritised, engraved & despatched on the day of your order. As with our other reviewers, this service is not deserving of 1 star.
It is a pity that the artwork proof we sent to you wasn't thoroughly read otherwise your own disappointment would have been avoided.
It is fair to point out you were made aware of the size and if you required the text bigger, a larger product should have been ordered.
Nevertheless, we appreciated your order and would stress on any other future online ordering all the information is read before final purchase.
We have contacted you regarding this so if you would like to discuss this further please respond.
