We've been through a difficult time and Jayne did absolutely everything which took any stress away. Everything that she booked on our behalf was perfect. We can't thank her enough!!

Faye has now arranged 2 holidays for us! She is very friendly and easy to discuss our requirements with. Having never used an agent before we are pleasantly impressed with how much easier it is!

I gave Sophie a highly specific, extremely last-minute brief on an accessible holiday for a mixed age group. I gave the same brief to multiple agents, but it was only Sophie who was able to meet all the criteria, and she was exceptional. Within a day or so she produced multiple great options, and was able to confirm the exact specifications of the accessible rooms. Ultimately, we had the most wonderful time at a stunning location that matched our diverse needs perfectly. The whole process was really straight forward, and I would wholeheartedly recommend using Silver Travel again. In the future, I will definitely be getting in touch.

Jayne at Silver Travel provided an excellent service and we had the trip of a lifetime.
Initially, she was able to book our New Zealand tour and flights for a lower cost compared to what we had been quoted by a high street agent.
However, after the war in the Gulf began, it was her efforts to find us alternative flights at short notice which really stood out.
As a result, we were able to visit our son in Perth and enjoy the beautiful country of New Zealand as planned, at minimal extra cost.
We look forward to using Jayne and Silver Travel for future adventures!

From start to finish everything was taken care of. Booking was easy, the flight, hotels and transfers were efficient and ran exactly as planned. We just arrived at the airport, dropped our bags and went through. Hotel was good, breakfasts excellent.

Silver Travel provide a very simple interface with travel companies. Whether it be putting together a bespoke package or getting something "off the shelf" it's a very reassuring process.

So well organised, all went to plan, 8 flights, 6 cities, 11 hotels, numerous excursions ... welcome notes at each location and birthday celebrations thrown in. We had the best 5 weeks in NSW, Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland ... such a lovely, friendly and safe place, we will be back to see more of Australia and we will definitely book through Julie at Silver Travel

Christine Rothwell arranged a holiday in early 2027 for my two friends and myself,as being senior citizens we were somewhat apprehensive it being our first sea cruise.
Her communication with us was exceptionally helpful and considerate, discussing different options for the services that were available.

I found an advert on Facebook for a disney cruise the price seemed decent so I decided to look into it more. Unfortunately when doing that I was unable to get through to speak with someone and knowing my mam had booked with Christine before I got her number and asked if she could help out. I am very excited my cruise is now booked thanks to Christine.

Nothing is too much travel and any quotes I have requested have been very competitive with Sophie giving good advice on the destinations. I have always travelled independently, booking flights, hotels and experiences online. I came across Silver Travel Advisor when I attended Destinations a couple of years back. After listening to the benefits of using an agent, I reflected on my usual "book and hope that it lives up to the online pictures and TripAdvisor reviews" approach. As I wasn't paying any extra and was saving a lot of time having one point of contact for any queries/changes, I felt there was little to lose and booked with them there and then. I have booked more since then and Dianne,my contact, has dealt with my inevitable changes and cancellations swiftly and efficiently, saving me no end of stress. She has just actioned yet another amendment on my up and coming trip to Japan. Taking time to fully understand my needs, wants and options and offering personal insight and recommendations when I am undecided, Dianne is the help I didn't know I needed. Personal touches, such as having flowers delivered to our cabin when I took my mother on a cruise for her birthday are a lovely extra. I really cannot recommend her highly enough.

Booked an international tour trip through this company for the first time, Jayne Kerrigan dealt with us and was very patient during our testing deliberations with which holiday to choose, Jayne looked at several options for us with no pressure to book.
