I bought their regular mats and never had any problems with them. Their boulangerie mats are horrible though. I bought two different sizes, one through a third-party retailer and then directly through the company the next time, and both had obvious quality-control issues. They both were uneven and looked like reject seconds not fit for a high-value brand like Silpat. My latest experience is the worst: After they acknowledged the problems with the inner and outer boxes being crushed during shipping and the product looking like a reject, and I sent it back with their return label, it's been days with no response back and no refund. So, I am both without a product and without my money. The customer service is atrocious because I am completely ripped off right now as I hope they will sometime respond.

J'ai passé une commande de plusieurs moules en silicone. L'un d'entre eux présenté une tache ou un corps étranger à l'intérieur du matériau. J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a confirmé par l'intermédiaire du service qualité que ce n'était qu'un défaut esthétique mais par précaution, ils m'ont renvoyé un autre moule.

Horrible customer service. Their mats don't work and they don't provide the after service support to make it better. It says that the mats are supposed to last and they don't. They break and they stain. Horrible experience for an expensive mat.
