Hi, I purchased the Signal Hero cellular booster with great results and easy setup.. I received a quick response with clear instructions on how to test for the correct bandwidth.. I then received the unit and proceeded to set it up... I was somewhat sceptical but was impressed by the difference it made, even the ability to stream HD videos, which was a real improvement from what was bad for even voice calls..

The advice on product choice and installation was very helpful indeed.
Replies to all emails were prompt and efficient.
The booster purchased now provides a minimum of 3-bar reception throughout the apartment where beforehand there was no signal at all in some of the rooms.

I contacted Signal Hero Boosters with a need for a booster to improve my mobile signal in a remote area, but I had no knowledge of how the boosters work and didnt fully understand what was involved in selecting one from the wide range of options available. Over 4 days Signal Hero took me through some options, patiently answered my questions and explained clearly what was needed, then provided an excellent solution that meets my needs really well. I was very impressed with the service and courtesy shown throughout.

I approached numerous mobile boosting companies for a complete commercial fit out. Signal Hero came back with the best price. They were excellent in transparency, going out of their way to assist in revisions of drawing markups. Specifically George from Signal Hero was amazing how he went out of his way to explain future proofing & extended warranties for free.
Of all the dozens of consultants & suppliers I deal with in my position, Signal Hero are one of the most honest & straight forward companies I have ever dealt with in my 30 years in construction.

Signal Hero’s Boosters are Hero’s my mobile signal where I live is quite poor so I thought a signal booster was the answer. It can be quite daunting to purchase one with all the tech. If you follow the instructions you should not have a problem after I connected everything up remember not to switch on till all connected on the repeater panel I recited 4 bars in and 4 bars out.
All I have to do is to sort out my iPhone SE and I will be up and running. My thanks go to George who guided me through one or two points that I needed answers with. So well done to George for immediate communication. I certainly recommend them if you are looking to solve your mobile home phone signal.

Ordered a 5g/ 4g mobile signal booster online with this company for use in Australia on the Telstra network in Oct '24 and the product was promptly delivered to my home by Fedex. When I tried to engage a local installer was told the booster was not licensed for use in Australia and they declined installing it. Contacted the supplier "Signal Boosters Australia" and offered for me to return the unit and I could have a full refund. I have since returned the Booster and I have received a full refund. I have rated this company 1 Star for not declaring the Booster was unlicensed for use in Australia and 5 stars for the refund process, hence my overall rating of 3 stars.
N B In response to the reply from Signal Hero Boosters, I phoned the number here in Australia for "Mobile Boosters Australia" and they CONFIRMED the Booster was NOT LICENSED for use in Australia. Mobile Boosters Australia then emailed me with a return address for me to return the booster and I subsequently returned the item and received a full refund.

From not beeing able to use the cellphone on the cabin, I now can both make and recieve calls, and use the internet. I'm very satified with the equipment.

At first, I was a bit concerned because the delivery took longer than expected. However, I'm thrilled with my purchase: after installing the system, I now have perfect signal coverage throughout my apartment!

The installation process was very straightforward. When I had follow-up questions about the setup distances, the customer service chat on the website responded quickly and professionally.

Overall: highly recommended!

We’d been dealing with terrible signal issues for ages. George came up with a complete solution and even gave us a custom plan for our two-story house. Well, here is a company that still values old style honesty and service. I'm not trying to convince anyone but being in various caravan parks with often inadequate mobile and internet reception these guys went beyond the action of good and honest advice and service. So I can only say try for yourselves and give them a chance and be one of the fortunate people to be happy with your purchase. I also wish to inform you that I have NO AFFILIATION with this business. We had absolutely no signal in our office, and a little outside. The first box we received didn't do the job, and so they suggested a more expensive box. I was a little nervous that this was a bit of a scam, but the new box came, and has worked much better. The customer service and after sales support is really good, and they have helped us to optimise the system. Its not perfect, but then our previous signal was nothing, so we now get 3/4 bars and can use our phones in the office, which is worth a lot to us.

It was simple to install and works a treat, I could hardly get a bar of single in the house, with this I get 4 bars (My Samsung only has 4 bars.) it works that well my neighbour gets 4 bars on their phones as well!!!
Just a piece of advice, I purchased the Pro mobile booster voice and 4G LTE, and the cable connections/fitting that are fixed to the cables are 20mm diameter, I drilled 25mm holes through my brick walls!

The delivery was very slow hence 4 star. Other wise the booster is working well after we moved the two antennas 15 metres apart (this could be made more important early in the instructions).
I now get 4G inside without using WiFi.
My wife now gets 4G instead of just 2G if she was lucky, which has made her calls more reliable.

Technical support from George is excellent.
I recommend checking the location of your cell towers and what bands are transmitted. The initial 4g booster I purchased (the popular one £359) wasn't suitable. George recommended a model from Australia operating on 700/1800 frequency that worked. One star off for longish delivery times.

The company responded to my queries about how to get a signal booster working up in the bog, and probably did about as much as they could without helicoptering up to County Clare.
