The people I spoke to when deciding which booster would be best for my situation seemed to be very helpful. I read the reviews and they all seemed very good. So I went ahead and purchased an "LCD-GL- Camp" which I was assured would be ideal (We currently get 1 to 2 bars occasionally 3 but it is very variable). I placed my order and parted with £295.00 and waited.
The booster took about 2 weeks to arrive. It had come direct from China where it was made. The commercial invoice stated the value as $98.36 (£73.27) which I was a bit shocked at... I was surprised just how light the package was and when I opened the package I could see why. All the components were of the lowest possible quality and bore little resemblance to the pictures on the website. I got a second opinion from an installer and he agreed the items I had bought from Mobile-Signal-Boosters were junk, not fit for purpose and he was very skeptical that they would even work.
I contacted Mobile-Signal-Boosters immediately and expressed my concerns and asked them to take back the items and to refund my money.
Reluctantly and after having to send them pictures of all the items individually and packed up, they eventually gave me the address that I would have to send the items back to... Needless to say it was in China... The items had to be returned by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and they had to be tracked recorded delivery. Once they had received the items back and checked them over, only then would they issue a refund.
The postage would be extortionate and there are no guarantees that I would have got my money back.
So I decided not to throw good money after bad and did not bother to return it.
It is now a month or so later and I found the box and thought that I would try to give the apparatus a go seeing as I was not going to return it.
I followed the (Poor) instructions to the letter and set everything up as instructed...
Sure enough, as expected, it did not work... It just comes up with an error message... "Weak Signal"...
Classic. This is why I got the booster in the first place.

So as you can see, I got stroppy and posted a pretty damming but factual review.

Since then Mobile-Signal Boosters have been back in touch to try and sort out an amicable solution to the problem, and all credit to them they have bent over backwards to try and sort things out.
The product did not work, but that may have been a one off, but I chose not to have a replacement so they offered me a refund and to help with the postage. So I accepted and they paid quickly.
They did NOT ask me to change my review, I am doing this of my own volition and without reward.
I just feel credit where credit is due.

I was looking for a booster to improve a 4G signal for the purposes of improving the functionality of a smart meter. The post purchase customer service was exceptional, especially a lady called Charlotte. Charlotte went above and beyond to support me. She researched not just my local area and what signals were available, but also the technicalities of how a smart meter works, so as we could both better understand the objective. Thank you Charlotte.

With this level of service, especially on a subject which I'm not familiar with, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone contemplating the need to boost a mobile signal.

I moved our caravan to a new permanent site. The mobile signal was very poor due to being in a dip. However, on research this company came up. I ordered the kit to boost the signal, it didn't work! After emailing the company and speaking to Catherine V, she recommended a bigger aerial and a bigger (thicker) aerial cable just for the price of postage. It works great now and the missus is very happy. 😁

My 4G booster system worked really well for nearly a year, then it stopped amplifying.
Charlotte and others at Mobile-Signal-Boosters were very helpful in guiding me to test all the different components which pointed to the amplifier itself being faulty.
I was a bit aprehensive when they said their factory in China would repair this, but the helpful instructions made the process trouble free.
I got the repaired booster back within 3 weeks and the system is back working again.
Apart from the small shipping charge, the repairs were done under warranty.

Had 4g booster a year ago now on 5 g
Was unsure of what will work but Julia explained how to test for the band i required and helped me to the right choice
Recommend talking to them as I could of paid for something that didn’t work

This was put in by my son-in-law who followed the instructions to the letter, perhaps a little wordy, but works fresco. We now have four pips instead of one or none previously and I really thrilled to be able to use our mobile phones properly and easily.

Just purchased a booster for my static caravan. It’s increased the signal from 1 bar or E to solid 3 bars and download speed is now over 6 megabytes. Very pleased with result. Postage was reasonably quick. Only thing to note is to ensure the Outside and Inside antenna have as much space between them as possible.

i purchased a signal booster after a conversation with the booster shop. after it arrived which took a while, i found the booster wasnt doing a very good job. i was about to give up on it but decided to contact their support service after a long conversation they decided i had the wrong booster, which they corrected, since having the new signal booster i can honestly say it has changed the call quality and data signal to the best its ever been. i can highly recommend having a conversation and their products doing exactly what they say . top marks , and a big thankyou to you signal boooster

This is an excellent company.
The agents offered good advice both by telephone and via the chat line service. The range of signal booster units is extensive and help was given in selecting an appropriate unit. When I encountered some problems due to my being in a very wooded area I received further technical support from one of their experts and received a more powerful unit by return and a refund for my existing unit. All the equipment that I received was solid and well built. The services offered by Signal-Boosters are very useful as many users would agree that currently the coverage although large is somewhat patchy with low signal strengths in many places.

I bought a Nikrans LCD-300GD to boost my phone & data strength. To be honest, I was a bit sceptical that it would make a blind bit of difference. How wrong could I be! The package was delivered very quickly & contained everything I needed to get the booster installed, the whole installation was up & running in about 20 minutes, the instructions given were clear & precise, once turned on, my extremely shonky 1 - 2 bars instantly jumped to a full 5 bars. Needless to say, I am absolutely thrilled. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED PRODUCT & COMPANY.

Purchased this signal booster for my caravan in Powys Wales ,had little or no signal without it , installed and moved the ariel 180 to get best reception, take your time and leave it for a few mins each time ,pick best you can get , I now have 4 or 5 phone pips on both phones and able to stream Netflix .Result .and great customer service.

Having made several purchases before, we had different requirements this time around and Julia was able to offer us sound advice and recommend alternative devices suitable to our current requirements via the live chat facility. She was extremely knowledgable and responded without delay. They are our first (and so far, only) port of call for any signal boosting requirements.

I just wanted to add that the negative review by C Cubed is completely false. I note that this person has reviewed 3 diffferent mobile signal booster companies and left exactly the same damaging review. This company IS NOT a scam. It is a legitimate and extremely professional company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed to.

The product "does what it says on the tin", but more importantly their supply, service and support was exemplary.

Purchased signal booster, took ages to arrive, got fleeced for import duty.
The amplifier doesn’t work and is faulty several phones calls and emails no response so I guess I’m £400 out of pocket.
Should have used my normal supplier as never had any issues before. Get what you pay for I suppose but would expect it to actually work to some degree ! Proceed with caution and fake reviews.
