I chose click and collect for the ride to the shop. The shop itself is amazing, the only thing that's missing is an in-store cafe that will make the whole Sigma Sport visit complete

Very enlightening experience. I highly recommend having a bike fit - this was my first time, and while it's pricey, it's very worth it if you can do it. Salvo was able to give me advice about my bike, my shoes, my personal fitness and physiology - the whole thing.

The quality of the advice at a bike-fitting was superb. I learned a lot, and left with the necessary information to make my existing bikes more comfortable and efficient, as well as providing the basis for a new bike.

I wasn’t expecting them to repair it immediately but they kindly took it in. I was offered a free coffee while waited. VIP service. Thank you to all the staff and especially Eddie the mechanic.

I’ve ordered from Sigma to the U.S. several times before, but the recent tariff situation has unfortunately made that less sustainable.

On a recent trip to London, I made time for a train ride to the Hampton Wick store and was glad I did. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, both downstairs and upstairs.

A particularly helpful salesperson compared reviews for two brands of waterproof cycling gloves and recommended the less expensive option because it had better feedback. Honest advice like that goes a long way.

If you’re visiting from out of town, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. The store carries excellent UK-only apparel and frame/saddle/bar bag brands with great quality at stellar prices, and the staff are outstanding.

Completed a bike fit with Sigma Sports on my SL8 S-works (which Sigma built for me) to consolidate previous bike fits and advice from other outfits over the years (which had led to back pain and other issues). Best decision I made. Sigma are to be commended for their expertise and customer service. Felt truly looked after and my new fit is spot on, clocked a number of PBs on my first ride out. Superb. Special thanks to Max and Salvo.

Bought a Garmin 840 solar GPS and a rear radar camera light and Marcus the mechanic fitted the 840 for me. Happy customer:)

I would like to thank the Sigma Sports workshop technicians for their excellent levels of expertise, safety advice and customer care.

Back in November last year, I hit a pothole whilst cycling on my seven year old carbon road bike. Fortunately, I managed to "hold the line" without coming off the bike, but I heard a slight crack noise from the handlebar area, followed by slight clicking as I continued to pedal.

I therefore took the bike straight to Sigma Sports to be checked. The technician on duty was Eddy. He immediately checked the bike over carefully and diagnosed damage to the top end of the fork in the headset area.

Due to the safety considerations, the bike was taken into the workshop to be stripped down later the same day. This confirmed Eddy's diagnosis, revealing a partial thickness crack in the top of the carbon fork. Sigma staff advised that this partial crack was very likely to progress to full thickness, potentially resulting in a serious crash. As a result, the bike definitely wouldn't be safe to ride again in its present state.

Fortunately I had bicycle insurance, including cover for accidental damage. Sigma Sports very helpfully gave me two quotes, either to replace the damaged fork, or to upgrade to the equivalent new model of the bicycle. Due to the age of the existing bike, I opted to upgrade to the new model, assisted by the insurance company. I have now taken delivery of the new bike.

Thanks to Sigma Sports staff's rapid and very accurate damage assessment, the likelihood of a future accident with the old bike was averted, and I am once again able to enjoy cycling!

Happy to recommend Sigma Sports and Dom in particular. This was my first bike purchase since childhood and Dom really took the time to ensure I enjoyed a great experience - from the pre-collection communication, to the bike handover and answering my many cycling newbie questions. Will definitely be back for my future cycling needs.

I just bought a new gravel bike from Sigma. Great advice and personal service: Neal was great in explaining the setup and customisation for me and explaining future care & maintenance. First ride home through the park was awesome. Super pleased with the choice and my experience with Sigma.

Got the wrong model of Ortlieb rear rack on line - accepted it back and ordered in the correct one for pick up at Hampton - very helpful, no wonder the shop was busy on a Sunday morning - Im obviously not alone in thinking its a good retailer.
