I bought this silver ring for my wife for Christmas and she is thrilled to bits with it. Lovely design and really nice quality that arrived quickly in nice gift wrapping.

Bought as a gift .. Necklace was very dainty
Smaller than anticipated
Chain was shorter & recipient had to add an extender chain

I was disappointed with my wifes Xmas present.
The packaging was well provided for - double boxed - tissue paper - gift bag - all the trimmings,
But, this was a false impression of whay was to follow - when opening up the box the earings were a total let down, The Wave design seen on the website were robust and the stones looked like jewels - it looked amazing. The actuals were just two very thin wire like wavey rings and the stones were so minute - and uncrecognisable.
The photos on the website were false and totally misleading. Robbed!!!!

Easy to order, regular updates on delivery. The product is beautiful quality and very well designed and priced.

I am very angry. UPS have been terrible. The parcel has been sent by UPS from Denmark on 02/12 to Germany where it has stayed until now. I have asked for a full refund.

Ordered 2 weeks ago still waiting for it to arrive. Emailed for help and i was advised UPS are very busy,you will get parcel when they get to it ! Shocking customer service

I have only given 4 stars because of the 3 days UPS not even trying to deliver my parcel to my chosen access point,finally got my parcel today.The ring I have bought for a Christmas present for my wife is good quality and well presented in a nice box.Sif Jakobs sort your couriers out they are letting a good company down.

I ordered a pair of earrings and ended up needing to return them. I have never received a refund and it has been a month since they were received by the company.

Haven’t received my order, there was an internal error made by the Sif Jacob’s team relating to import tax.
Still not resolved.
No timeline and now no responses from customer services. Disgusting service.
Sif Jacob jewellery is my favourite brand but this appalling service will make me think twice about ordering again via the website. I’ll probably try another retailer who I have confidence about fixing problems swiftly.
