Beautiful shutters!
Our shutters/blinds were fitted on Thursday and they were the final item to finish our renovation. They are just beautiful!!
Charlie has been so professional throughout, getting back to us with prices, queries and delivery dates almost immediately. We did hit delays due to COVID but were kept up to speed on what was happening. Communication has been excellent.
The shutters and blinds we ordered for our bifolds were fitted on one day and you would never have known the guys were in the house. So clean, tidy and genuinely really nice people. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Gorgeous shutter and fabulous service
Love our new shutters. They are beautiful quality and have made such a different to our room and controlling the light.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish, the shutters took longer than usual to get here but that was due to Corona virus but I was kept up-to-date by Charlie at every stage. Our fitter was excellent, very polite and respectful of our house and did a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. First class.

5 stars from start to finish
5 stars from start to finish - from the first meeting and measuring to the final fitting. Even through the lockdown and the difficult situation communication was never lost and we were constantly updated.
The installation was fantastic and we cant fault the fitter in the slightest! Friendly, polite, great workmanship and very very tidy.
Would highly recommend Charlie and his team to anybody that is debating having shutters installed.

Don't think just do it, you won't be disappointed!
From the start we received a truly premium experience.
Charlie was fantastic, from the get go the communication was second to none, booking an appointment within 48 hours, arriving on time and thorough with our options. There was no 'pushy sales' pitch, just clear and honest options.
Once ordered, we were given clear timelines, although due to Covid19 these were pushed back slightly we were informed every step of the way.
When our shutters were ready we were given the option to wait until lockdown was lifted or a detailed plan on how the shutters would be fitted in the safest possible way.
We opted for the shutters to be fitted.
Mark (the fitter) arrived on time, started with a recap of how he would fit the shutters safely while keeping to social distancing and then he cracked on with the fitting. I was amazed had how quickly and to high standard the shutters were fitted.
The quality of the shutters are second to none, sleek and stylish and just what we were looking for to finish off our home. We opted for added black out blinds in our bedrooms, these are great, discreet and work. The kids are giving us an extra hour in bed in these summer months.... what more can you ask for!
I honestly cannot find fault with Shuttercraft, from start to finish, communication, quality of product, fitting and price all 5 stars!
HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!
