Very professional service from Raj and Perdita, our shutters look great and would highly recommend this company. We were kept informed regarding the process of our order and liked the fact that Raj provides before service and fitting and aftercare - very reassuring. I could not rate Shuttercraft more highly. From our initial meeting through to fitting. Friendly, professional and communication was excellent. Our shutters look amazing. The quality even better. We had shutters fitted some years back from another company so we wanted to match these and which Shuttercraft have done, the quality is even better than our existing shutters. What I loved about the service was the explanation of the different types and materials and what would work best! Thank you to Raj and Punita, you work extremely hard and wish you lots of success. I will be back for more!!

Our experience with Raj and Punita from Shuttercraft Chelmsford was fabulous from start to finish. They aren't pushy with sales, and made sound, and reasonable recommendations based on our home and what we were looking for.

The installation went smoothly, Raj was very tidy and polite whilst in our home. Raj even gave us a card to congratulate us on our new born baby. It is the small touches that go along way. Thank you Raj and Punita, I have no doubt we'll be back again in the future.

Excellent customer service. Raj was very polite, considerate, knowledgable and took on board all our requirements He was not at all the typical ‘salesman’. He personally carried out the pre installation measurements and was also the fitter, which meant that there was no blaming someone else if there were any problems. And there weren’t! Punita also pulled out all the stops so the shutters were fitted by a fixed date for me. The shutters themselves exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely recommend.

We have had a brilliant experience with this company from start to finish. Excellent customer service is above and beyond. We had our shutters fitted last week and cannot stop looking at them as they are to perfection. If anyone is thinking of having them fitted please have shuttercraft do them for you as you will definitely not be disappointed. Well done and thank you so much again.

We would leave six (or more) stars if there was an option! Initially we had three different companies we booked to provide us an estimate for the shutters and other blinds. Raj came and measured all the windows and spent such a long hours with us, simply advising what would be the best solutions for us on every single windows we have in our house. After asking them several quotes to save cost as we went over renovation budget in other part of the house, they were so patient and never ever pushy to sell, just as I read about them in the review when I was searching. They simply care what's the best solution for us, truly genuine people. We cancelled other company's appointment and even referred family and friends to go with them - needless to say, they are all super happy.

Very happy with our bespoke shutters acting as a room divider and door in our bedroom. We had an unusual idea and Raj was excellent at working through this with us and coming up with the perfect solution. The fitting went as planned and the end product looks awesome. I love my new plantation shutters, can't stop admiring them: they are of exceptional quality which completely transforms the room. From start to finish Raj was very professional, not at all pushy with the quote; super friendly and extremely informative. He was very tidy, hoovering up afterwards. It was 3 months from ordering to installation, with regular email updates at each stage. It was well worth the wait. Competitively priced - highly recommended.
